Wonderful Rug!

I ordered the rug for our family room..was worried may have creases and take a while to flatten out..But there were no creases at all! It flattened nicely even though it was such a large rug. It very pretty in person and have received compliments..I've ordered a second rug for another area..Very Happy!

Disappointing

The rug is very blue in person and much darker than pictured. Not at all what I was expecting.

Shrinking runner

I so wanted to give this rug runner a better review but sadly I can’t. We washed it the first time exactly as directed in a washer with no agitator. Pulled it out to dry flat and found it had shrunk 3-4 inches. I have the same pattern in the entry foyer and in our living room. I’m afraid the same will happen to them so guess I’ll have to watch close and spot clean. I would be wary of any of these “washable” rugs. Very disappointed.

Colors not as pictured

Second rug purchased from here so I knew it would last and wash well. However, the rug that arrived had no similarity with colors described or shown in the stock photo or customer photos. Mine was more blue and green than beige and neutral tones.

The colors are beautiful. It looks better than I had hoped. Perfect for 3 cats and 2 dog household. Just ordered a a 1/4 inch hardwood floor pad.

Washable rug SHRINKS

We have had this rug for about one year. We washed it in a commercial washing machine and dried it in the sun. It SHRUNK about 18 inches. SO while the rug is washable, be aware that it shrunk so much that we had to cut about a foot off the pad on one end and six inches off the other side.

Exceeded my Expectations.!

The Demi Beige Washable rug is lovely. It's made very well and the colors compliment my room by giving it the brightness it needed. I think it will be easy to spot clean if it needs a touch up. The shipping was fast and email and text communication was great! I'm very happy with this rug. I will buy again in the future.

Severe shrinkage

Washed this rug the first time after owning it for 8 months, and I’d say it shrunk about 6 inches after following to a tee

Good looking, poor quality

Great looking rug and big for the price. It we’ve had it about a year and it already has multiple holes/years starting. We have no kids, no pets, and are hardly home so this has only been with very gentle use. I sent images to customer service and they told me I used the wrong vacuum attachment to vacuum it so it would not be covered under warranty- which I haven’t but obviously that’s more convenient for them to avoid losing money. Have followed care instructions and still have new tears developing so it’s definitely not me.

Our new rug was very affordable, high quality and very beautiful! The colors and pattern match our space and knowing that it is washable is amazing, we couldn’t be happier!

I love this rug! It has a Persian vibe, and the colors are light and pastel. It is thinner, but that is what I was looking for. Looks more expensive than it is! I got this largest size and it is perfect for my space.

Washable rug

Horrible quality the edges are unraveling and we have only had it a few months and it hasn’t even been washed! Very disappointed. Our first rug from her was awesome so I had high hopes for this one! Will not be buy another washable rug!

Wanted to love this rug! Beautiful pattern but for the price highly disappointed! Only had a few months and all the edges have started to unravel. We haven’t even washed it yet because I’m afraid it will make it worse! Very disappointed, we loved our first rug from here but this one was a HUGE miss

I love the colors in this rug! The pattern is not too busy and not too plain. Looks perfect in my living room! I love the texture… not your typical rug, much softer and fabric like. Put a nice rug pad underneath and your golden!
