missing mostly all the parts dont tecommend

i bought like 8 months ago bearly opening it and im just feeling rip off mad because i paid like 300 some for nothing

Pretty Great bed

The bed is looks great in person. The champagne finish makes the bed easy to coordinate with any colors you decide to do your room. When originally purchased, I wasn’t aware that the bed had rhinestones on the headboard. This does give the bed more of a glam look. The bed was very simple to put together, it didn’t require many pieces to connect and was very simplistic. I put it together and I’m 9 months pregnant lol. I would say that shipping was not the best, the sellers nor shipping company (FedEx) didn’t inform me that the bed would come in 2 separate shipments and packaging. And they did not give an appropriate nor updated itinerary of where the shipment was at. Overall pretty great bed, I have yet to sleep in it yet.

I believe my bed was defected. There were parts that came with this item not completed and some parts were shorter than others making it impossible to assemble. I have tried contacting Acme Furniture and it has taken them a very long time in following up with me about my purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been a huge inconvenience.
