Dishes Not Microwave Safe As Stated in Description

I just bought these dishes. Although they are cute, I was specifically looking for microwave safe dishes. The description for these dishes stated they were microwave safe. When the dishes arrived and I started to unpack them, on the back of each dish it was a stamp that said, “Not for use in the microwave “. I am returning the dishes.

These are really pretty. Quite large but that is great.

I loved this set! I purchased it because I needed a light-weight dinnerware set. Looking at the set, it looks like china, but it is a hard plastic. It stands up well to the dishwasher. I also like the design.

These dishes are not the melamine from years ago. The pattern is so vibrant and cute. Dishes seem to be in the heavier side, so durable!

Love them, but within 2 weeks the pattern started to chip off the bowls.

I had been looking for this yellow & blue floral with bees print everwhere & at way fair, finally found it in a sturdy melamine! Handling them I can tell they're not gonna easily break like some plastics out there & are alot more heavy duty.Cleaning them is simpler too cause of the type of melamine,food particles just wipe away with the sponge,no scrubbing needed & dries faster than other materials!
