Beautiful neutral color. Plates are very sturdy and able to hold a lot. The edges are able to hold in saucier meals very well. Excited to have these for a lifetime

Products come with a box with no padding

We have used these plates before and love the quality, decided to order more from urban. However, all the plates are shattered when arrived. They put the plates in a box with no padding. Very disappointed. Don’t order from this seller :(

Terrible Customer Experience

Macy’s requires a star when writing a review. All Staub dishes are fabulous. The shipping, returning and three calls to customer service were obnoxious. It took 10 days after placing my order for the dishes to arrive. All dinner plates arrived damaged. First call to customer service I was told that replacements would be sent out priority shipping. A couple hours later I received an email stating my return had been processed and a merchandise credit was on its way via USPS. Second call to customer service confirmed a replacement order was not available and a merchandise credit had been issued without my consent. Third call to Customer Service and I was able to request a replacement order. I will never shop Macy’s again.

Perfect size, color and quality.

I use these for my everyday dinnerware and I couldn't be happier. They have an understated elegance about them - beautiful, but simple. It is exactly what I was looking for after being very disappointed with what Pfaltzgraff is now offering (poor quality). I believe in getting what you pay for and these are a bargain.

Plates chip

These plates are lovely. Even though they are on the heavier side they are thin so they fit into the dishwasher nicely. The white truffle color is a beautiful muted beige. My only quibble is I wish it came in more of a matte finish but it's very nice as is. Update to original review... I was planing on ordering 4 mores sets but shortly after writing this review one the pasta bowls chipped. It was very lightly tapped by one these plates while unloading the dishwasher. I really thought I had finally found the perfect set of dishes for everyday use but looks like these are not it. Back to the drawing board.

These plates are high quality...We had previously ordered some and decided we wanted more! This color goes with everything.

Wanted to love

Wanted to love these so bad! They are really pretty but unfortunately I couldn't keep them. When you use a fork it puts marks all over the white color.
