Clever design. Easy and neat operation.
This was just a little too cute to pass up. So far I've found that it does a great job and doesn't make a mess. I'm just a little concerned at how long it will last; although the body is glass, the plastic cap/handle/trigger assembly seems cheaply made and fragile. Time will tell. Oh, and Target's price is currently quite a bit lower than Amazon's.
Cheap plastic handle
This dispenser is a great idea but it doesn’t last very long. The handle is plastic and breaks very easily. If they would make the handle with metal I would give it 5 stars.
Honey dispenser
So happy to find this item at Target and have it mailed to me st my home .
Defective
It slowly leaks. Which defeats the purpose of it.
Defective
Broke after a week. Leaks everywhere.
Stopper issues
The stopper inside is not secured to the stem, so it will eventually move and cause leaks unless you keep re-adjusting it.
Cute glass honey dispenser
No more sticky honey jars and looks great on my counter. Might need to get another one. I like different types of honey.
Great item
I bought 2 of these. It is useful n it looks fancier than having a big bottle of honey on the table when u have guests
Beautiful touch
This dispenser was purchased during November 2022 and is the perfect addition to my tea service.
Filling this is a pain, but it is super cute, so I kept it.
Like others have mentioned, filling this is a pain because the stopper at the bottom is removed once you unscrew the lid to fill this. I saw a video online somewhere that showed how to fill it with minimum leakage: that was to place the opened dispenser onto a plate, since the plate acts as a stopper. Then screw the lid on while it is still on the plate before placing the top dispenser portion back onto its base. It isn't sanitary to use your finger or tape to stop the bottom because cross-contamination could mean added germs, viruses, bacteria. So the best method is to place the top portion on a plate to fill. It is unclear if the top and bottoms are securely closed when not in use, so as to avoid oxidation of the honey. I haven't tested this out, and Target doesn't allow for edits or updates to reviews. The design is super cute, but I wish that this company made a syrup-like dispenser design for honey, where the top lid is where the honey goes in and comes out, without a need for a bottom piece. The honeycomb design on the outer part of "glass" is super cute, so I kept this. But the functioning could use a better design.
Wanted to love it
The honey leaks out of the bottom hole and into the base. The plug is not secure enough.
Do not buy!
Poor design, leaks and sticks together. Nearly impossible to use.
Honey dispenser
This is terrible, wound up molding and creating a terrible smell where you put the water. Threw it out because smell was so bad, was afraid cleaning wouldn’t remove bacteria. Wasn’t able to return because we threw out the box already.
Simple to fill, simple to use!
There are a lot of complaints about the filling process - the simple solution is a small piece of Scotch Tape. This is incredibly easy to fill (took seconds, mess-free) and use, plus it looks great to display. The silver top is plastic, not metal, but is otherwise great quality.
Honey, Yes!
Been using honey for years now and always ended up making a mess in the process. This product is awesome. So convenient, easy to clean, and quality! I would definitely recommend for honey lovers :)
Perfect
So much easier and less messy!
Clever
If you’re aware you have to hold your finger over the hole while you’re refilling, you’ll be just fine. I use this for my honey every day for breakfast, and I put a little hot water from my kettle in the bottom to let the honey melt while I finish making coffee. A few minutes later, the honey is ready to flow right out, and I dump out the water. I think it’s great.
Facility
Zero honey thrown in the pot or in the pantry
Love this
Love my honey/syrup dispenser. I love kitchen tools and this one is my new fave.
Nice looking honey jar
We use so much more honey now that we have a honey dispenser. It's way more convenient and cute looking.
