Perfect just what we were needing

The rim is not polished and is rough cut making for a cutting hazard. Glass chards are created when unscrewing the lid. We returned. Will not order again. The handle is plastic with a thin layer of chrome.

Very irritating that the description of the item said that it’s made of chrome and glass. The chrome part is merely planted plastic. Very deceiving

Exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve had this for about 2 months now, and very happy with the purchase. No leaks, easy to fill, and looks cute on the counter. The handle and mechanism are metal, and feel solid.

Broke

Dispenser broke before I could even put honey in it.

Fits my needs perfectly

I have had this a month and really like it. I use it for honey, not syrup. It is easy to use and works smoothly. It keeps my honey from being contaminated by utensils. The stopper works very well. The trickiest part is filling it as the stopper is attached to the lid, which must be removed to fill. However I just held a finger over the hole on the bottom while filling and it was fine.

Poorly designed product.

Product came without directions. I couldn't figure out how to fill it without making a mess. The top mechanism contains the stopper for the bottom. The hole in the bottom was too small to add the honey. Finally held my finger blocking the bottom. Lost a lot of honey in the bottom container while putting the top on. Would not purchase again.

We are a small coffee shop where honey is a staple in many of our drinks. We've tried many different honey dispensers and this one is proving to be a gem. While it's smaller than what we anticipated and what we're use to using, we're finding it to be easier to hold and dispense. The class cup holder is a perfect way to capture any run-away honey. We're experiencing less mess AND most importantly, less wasted product. Good, local honey isn't cheap! Customers are wanting to purchase them.

This is one of those products that I don’t need, but absolutely had to have! I love it, it’s very pretty.

Very disappointed.

Looks cute, but for the price (which I could have gotten for less had I searched further) it is very cheaply made. It is also tricky and messy to load. As the contents become less the dispensing is slower.

Misleading - PLASTIC handle

Misleading listing. Materials list said glass and stainless steel. The handle, top, and slide mechanism is PLASTIC with a shiny coating to appear metal. It works, but for how long? The plastic feels cheap and fragile. I hope this review will make them change the listing to be more honest and admit the truth. I think the only metal is the spring. The basic materials are glass and plastic, and the listing is dishonest.

Yikes! Honey Poured, Honey Ruined

After washing the dispenser, I looked for missing part. I finally realized no part missing, youhave to use your finger to keep honey in the jar while filling. Awkward!

I bought this about a month ago. I love it. No more making a mess. I use for hot tea and baking. Incredible buy.

My one improvement would be that the entire lid part be metal. My guess is the plastic probably won't last incredibly long.
