This was a great purchase. The fabric is light but it provides shade. Excellent quality. The support is included, it does the job with 4 tiles to hold it in place.

Don't buy this

The up-and-down mechanism on this umbrella broke in five weeks. Bed Bath & Beyond will not make an exception for an exchange or a return on it. Don't buy it.

We were worried about this getting knocked over due to being windy in our area but this is super sturdy and covers and very large area. We filled it with sand in hopes of it being heavier. I love how the umbrella can be moved to cover different areas at different times when the sun moves. It's very well built and I was pleased with how easy it is to open and shut it, even my teenager is able to do it. I assume it will last for years. I'll be purchasing a cover so it can stay out for the winter and not get damaged!!

In the shade in Florida

Very happy with the umbrella! It is very well built and very sturdy! Being 10 ft by 13 ft it offers plenty of shade from the hot Florida sun!

We are pleased with this purchase. This umbrella is just as described. It is sturdy, large and an all around excellent find! I can highly recommend it as it is well worth the price!

Very high quality materials, easy to put up, and sturdy operation. We love the rotation mechanism.

This is a beautiful large heavy umbrella. Color is as pictured and beautiful. The only problem I ran into was I missed that it didn’t come with the base so I had to order the base and wait for it to arrive before I could start enjoying it.

This umbrella is nothing short of amazing. We live in south Florida and the shade is a must each day on our patio. We have gone through more than a dozen of the standard 9” round umbrellas over the years. I got sick of replacing them and the lake of shade they actually provide. We found this purple leaf umbrella through a friend and it has been a game changer. You can get a cantilever umbrella from just about anywhere, but this one has the built in 360 degree rotation to move with the sun or to shade a different area AND you can angle the umbrella down once it has been opened in order to provide an even larger area of shade. My only complaint is the base they sell is a must and it’s super expensive for a cheap hunk of plastic.

Wonderful!

We reached out to the Purple Leaf Team after we couldn't get our umbrella to open. Tears at Purple Leaf was wonderful at helping and making sure we did everything correctly. The poles were stuck due to shipping and I thought the slide was defective, after all I didn't want to have to send it back! Thank you Tears and the people at Purple Leaf for listening and reaching out to help! We would buy again from this company, and probably will be because we now need a cover for it.

Beautiful Umbrella

Absolutely love this umbrella, it’s 11X11 Biege and it’s heavy duty. Very nice quality. Matches my sofa cushions very nice. Umbrella rotates and tilts. I absolutely recommend this umbrella and purchase the purple leave base desperately.

Great option for patio. We were going to get a pergola but instead we opted for this it’s less expensive and it also is a little bit more flexible. The 10 foot size is perfect for our patio and we can swing it around to cover the other side really easily. I used a purple leaf base specifically for this umbrella. It’s pricey but I think it’s worth it.

Would recommend

Excellent quality. Beautiful umbrella. Cantilever function works perfectly. Can be stored easily. Does not have a cover which I was disappointed in but I will see if I can order one when not in use.

We are extremely happy with this umbrella. It offers a lot of shady on our patio.
