hey did anybody elses come with the lighs and fireplace ours didnt and im pretty upset about it

Bought this as an early Christmas present for ourselves. It’s so beautiful, so easy to assemble. Love the design and how I can change the colors of the lights and adjust everything in the fireplace. Definitely recommend this.

Friend's brother assembled the entertainment center, he had some difficulties and it took a bit longer than anticipated. other than that its a good purchase.

Looks good, love the heat it gives off in the room, I only have it on low heat when I have used it, and it heats the room up really well just on the low setting. The different light color changing options are nice for setting the mood for whatever occasion it is.

I wish that the shelves could have been more spaced out instead of being totally stacked on top of one another for ointment declaration

Fire in the hole!

It would have been perfect except the holes to mount the fireplace insert were not pre drilled.

Extremely upset with this purchase. I order this fireplace and never received it. The post office informed me that whoever created the label put the wrong address on it therefore it went to a different address. The post office couldn’t tell me where it was sent due to there protocol. I called Walmart support center and they made me wait 48 hours before they could assist me. 48 hours later they still didn’t help me and told me someone would reach out to me via email. Once they did I was informed that it was sent through a third party and that they would reach out to me. They finally reached out to me and explained that since it was marked delivered that they would have to investigate. A week later I still didn’t hear anything. I called everyday and they still haven’t given me an update. I still haven’t received a refund nor the fireplace and this is week two of me calling. I would give it zero stars but couldn’t. For them to put the wrong address on the label makes me believe that someone working through Walmart or the third party did it on purpose and they got a free fireplace while I am out of my money and a fireplace. Be careful ordering from Walmart and the third party. All Walmart did was apologize and offer to credit my account 15.00 dollars. What a slap to the face…

It is so beautiful it make my TV room looks so elegant. I put it together all by myself and it was very easy to do. Fast delivery I got it before the delivery date. All the pieces was in the box, Nothing was broken, and it’s working just the way it should. I love it. I would highly recommend it to a friend❤️

Easy to assemble but there was a chip in the wood at the top of the board. There were no holes in the cabinet to attach the fireplace

So true to the picture, exactly like the picture shown. I am amaze at how easy it was to assemble and the fire place and led light just gave it an amazing enhancement all together..love love 🥰

Short Stand

I wish this product came with measurements before buying. If you’re judging from the advertised picture you would think the product is at least at the waistline level of an average adult. When in reality it is very short. The quality of the product so far is good, nice and heavy. But I am disappointed in how short it is. Also my tv is a 65” inch it fits snugly, but it fits. Overall I would recommend this product if you don’t mind the shortness of it.
