bad customer service

I bought this item 2 years ago but have only used it about 6 times over the years. The back inflatable part does not stay inflated even though there’s no puncture in it that I can find. I reached out to see if they could do anything for me like try to fix it or send me a new one and they told me no. Way too expensive for a product that doesn’t hold up over time, especially with such poor customer service.

Fin badö

En mycket fin badö, men detta är den 2:a jag köpt, då det visat sej att taket torkar ut och spricker efter c:a 4-5 år. Jag köpte min förra 2019 och taket gick sönder 2023. Försökte lappa ihop den hjälpligt, men i år blev det totalskrot. Snörena till taket vittrade också sönder av kloret i poolvattnet (men man kan köpa riktiga nylonsnören, som håller), samt själva soffan började mögla efter 4-5 år. Däremot är den ypperligt bekväm att sitta eller ligga i, så om man anser att det är värt att köpa en ny vart 5:e år är den perfekt och det föredrog jag. C:a 200 kr/år i kostnad är helt okey.

omg for the price qnd we finally opened it at the river its awesome. real quality built fabric like bottom and love the shade too... my grand daughters actually took a nap in it, it was so comfortable.

Very enjoyable addition to a hot summer

We love the size and sturdiness (so far) of the island. Wish it had come with assembly instructions, but once we figured it out, it's been tons of fun.

Nice float but canopy broke after one use.

Super op te chillen

Heel leuk eiland, waar wij al veel plezier mee hadden. Beetje problemen gehad om de stangen van het tent in elkaar te steken, maar de aanwijzingen zijn duidelijk en eens dat het staat wil je het sowieso niet meer afbreken. Groot genoeg voor twee personen, je moet enkel opletten, dat je niet direct in slaap valt zo zalig is het liggen ! Gewoon geweldig om te chillen en te ontspannen !!! Een echte aanrader voor warme zomeravonden !!!

Summer Movie Night Fun!

I got this raft explicitly to lounge in the pool on hot summer nights and watch movies on our projector. It's magnificent and so huge! Can easily fit 4-5 kids or 2-3 adults. Buy two because one will leave some jealous they ain't in it!

WHAT A SHAME

Our family and friends love this ,BUT;- The rods that run through to support the canopy break, contact telephone number says no longer in service, Its a shame it was a great for the pool it still floats but we live in Texas long hot summers.

Filled up and just won’t stay inflated ! It’s so big can’t find the leak ! But it’s nice if it would work

Ik twijfelde even om dit te kopen aangezien het niet zo goedkoop is, maar de prijs in deze webshop is veel scherper dan ergens anders. De levering ging heel vlot en de communicatie verliep duidelijk.

Great multi use float. On the sand or in the pool

Huge and comfortable float. Love the shade feature. The company is great to work with and stands behind their product.
