I had previously bought the same item but had a little trouble keeping the flame going without holding in the primer button. In addition, my pan warped, prompting a call. Customer service was excellent! They decided to send me a new unit, suggested adding 10 lbs of glass, to reduce warping, and gave me 25% off a glass shield. Great company with excellent customer service!

The product was exactly as advertised. It went together easily. There was an issue initially with shipping, however, they took care of it immediately. I was impressed with the manner of communication and service as much as the product itself.
