I had previously bought the same item but had a little trouble keeping the flame going without holding in the primer button. In addition, my pan warped, prompting a call. Customer service was excellent! They decided to send me a new unit, suggested adding 10 lbs of glass, to reduce warping, and gave me 25% off a glass shield. Great company with excellent customer service!
