Product is complete crap, don’t waste your time.

Extremely frustrated and irritated, Took product back up to the local Home Depot store and ask if they could help me. Tool rental guys tried for one hour and they also could not get it together.

Nope.

Extremely difficult to assemble. Top step split at its seam. Hinge lid function doesn’t open fully. Do not recommend.

Barely tall enough

I'm 5'3". When entering my spa, I barely make it over the wall of the spa. While assembling, it's plastic molded pegs insert in molded holes. Once everything lines up, it's sturdy.

This was fairly easy to install. It is super durable and looks great! The storage capacity is great as well! I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for steps for their pool/hot tub!

Nice steps!

We used them as steps for our mobile home and they work great for what we needed, They are easy to put together and look good. Wish the steps were a little wider from front to back but they still work fine as is.

I've only had it for a couple days so as far as durability I don't know. The instructions were fairly easy and it tool less than an hour to put together. Best if you lay out all the pieces before starting. It looks the same as the advertised picture and feels pretty sturdy.

Listing size is wrong.

Strong. Very stable. Very easy to put together. Only issue is the listed size is not correct. They are not 24” tall. Correct is 24 x 36 x 14.

parts did not interlock, had to screw a hole to make it fit. Sent seller a message but never heard back from them.

Sturdy and Nice Looking Spa Steps

Very sturdy and will go well with any spa. I like that the stairs are nice and wide and there is a generous and removable storage space. My only negative comment would be that you must predrill some of the holes for assembly.

As described and does it's job. There was a hole in a side piece that should not be there. It should have been on the interior based off the instruction book. I put it together anyways and it serves the purpose.

These steps were the perfect height to reach our playhouse which had to be elevated slightly but they were a horrendous pain to assemble. Angle to push, one side goes in and the other comes out, and this was needed on several steps so I wouldn’t purchase again but sturdy and a nice color

Good solid steps. Very pleased for my cottage entrance. Needed something low enough but sturdy. Great shipping and packaging. Arrived on time.

Steps were a little difficult to put together and bowed slightly. However, they are still sturdy and stand up for entry and exit to the hot tub. I wouldn’t use them if the steps were exposed outside because I would find the storage are to be one percent water proof

The instructions on this product are challenging, we had to drill our own pilot screw holes, and had to add l brackets to the first step underneath as it was unstable and unsafe otherwise. The step came apart as soon as stepped on without them. The product looks nice, but I would not recommend for its poor quality. At this price point, I expected better.

There Ok

Does the job, I am using them indoors for my laundry room, it says 300 pound weight limit but bends a little when I walk up and down and I'm only 120lb so will see how long it holds up and it was not fun assembling it either, I added a couple extra screws to make it more secure I did not like how it went together. also added grit tape for slip resistance.

Skip these stairs! They are not what you are expecting for this price.

I am very disappointed. First - the steps did not come fully assembled as stated. To the contrary, no pre-assembly has been done at all. You even need to pull out your drill to drill your own starter holes for the screws. At this price you would think starter holes are not a huge ask. Second- the parts do not fit together easily. Getting that bottom step attached was a very frustrating process and took a lot of pounding and definitely at least two people. Third - Assembly instructions were very poorly worded and were very difficult to use. I resorted to an on-line video. Lastly - What do you think most people would want to store in spa/hot tub storage steps. I bet you guessed it - the water chemicals. But as soon as you open the box you see a bright sticker that lets you know this is not designed to store chemicals. Really! Do you think you could have let me know this sooner? I am keeping the stairs as my spa is coming soon and I need stairs but, seriously I did not get what I was told I was getting and paid for.

Wrong Colour

I ordered this, as picture shows grey steps on a unit that has "Beige" sides. Beware that this is incorrect as the description on side of box says, and IT IS, a unit with black sides and grey steps. I sent it back. Waste of my time when not the correct product. Other wise, the steps look solid enough ?
