Great steps, works great with my hot tub and they were east to assemble. I really like the storage area, makes having the tub supplies much more convenient.

Served the purpose and happy about the storage. Assembly was finecky and not everything lined up. They are not exactly straight but do the job. Would give it 3 12 stars if that was an option.

We needed a little storage around hot tub as well as easy entry. This works perfectly!

I think we are going to be very happy with this, it is a little shorter than I thought - guessing I missed measured as it was raining when I was running the tape. But the length is much better than what we had. The storage area isn't for chemicals, don't remember seeing that in the write up, guessing that has to do with it isn't lockable. But that area will hold our spa towels nicely.

These steps do not have the quality I was expecting for the price. Also, I was sent two of the same side pieces so I can't even put it together, help!

Package arrived in perfect condition and fast. Assembly instructions were fine and all hardware provided. Unless you have at least 4 hands, there is no way this could be assembled - with two people it was possible and seems secure. Only had stairs for a very short time so have no idea how durable they will prove to be. Reviewers said good for spa chemical storage - directions had a sticker to NOT store spa chemical - making that feature rather useless.

The shipping was quick, so that was awesome. Unfortunately, we found out after ordering the hottub and accessories that while the accessories would come quickly, the hottub would not. Right now our estimated delivery date for the actual hottub is halfway through December. That seems like a long time to me. Hopefully the steps and railings we bought will work with the hottub. I won't have any way to know until December.

Better than we had expected

I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad that we did. We were just going to make steps out of wood but these are perfect . They are sturdy and they match perfectly.
