My package was delivered today. I have a broken bowl and the process to get that replaced is very difficult no phone number to contact the company.
Color of plates shown online is cream. What I received was a yellowish beige - ugly! And returning the dinnerware cost me over $40!!! Will not be dealing with Wayfair in the future.

I am very pleased with my new dishes. The weight and design are very nice. I had a few blemished pieces with incomplete glazing- great customer service when I notified them. Replacement dishes were sent out quickly! Overall am quite pleased.

This dishes are great, we have used them for about a month. Only thing is the do get gray marks from silverware pretty easily. I will say I would give customer service 6 out of 5 stars! We had a couple damaged pieces and they replaced them instantly with a couple extra back ups to spare. So easy!
