This chair is very very uncomfortable. And company not accepting returns after assembled, impossible to know it's bad until it's assembled.

Poor Qualify

I recently purchased this item and Im very disappointed! I wished I would hacmve looked at the reviews beforehand. It was hard to assemble, is not easy to recline, does not sit high enough and not comfortable at all. How do you return it after its already put together?? I would like to return this item. just nit happy at all!!!

This chair sucks do not buy..

It broke after a few months of use...do not buy this recliner...it's comfortable and cheap...bad for the back and butt.

this is the worst recliner ever! didn't know i had to put it together! It tills over easily, hard to recline,sent me the wrong color. all in all I would NOT recommend this chair.

Hard recline, foot rest falls

The seat was comfortable but hard to recline and footrest would not stay up. The customer service from this company pretty much non- existent. Parts were not attached that should have been attached at factory fell off in the box. Customer Support should have offered to pick up and replace immediately. They didn't. They were sure it was user error and asked for the part number which I didn't have in the manual because it was supposed to be part of the chair already assembled. As they tried to blame me, I was left with many doubts that they would "do the right thing," or leave me stuck without chairs and a chunk of my savings. (I ordered two-both defective at same point) I disputed the charge with credit card and the company eventually had them picked up.

Would not recommend. I just recently purchased these chairs for my RV. They are very poor quality and the return policy is not easy and communication has been very poor.

Marginal

They do not stay in the recline position and are stiff to operate. Hopefully, the more they are used the easier they will be to operate and maybe we can figure out why they do not stay in the recline position. Not real happy with them at this point.

Beautiful chair, difficult to use

I ordered 2 for our RV and they are beautiful chairs, love the bone color, its more of a dark beige. But we put one together which was easy, but we dont like the chairs. You must push back to recline and then tighten the knob to lock the recline position, but neither of us could reach the knob when youre reclined. Very difficult to actually use this chair. Too bad, it is really nice to look at.

Had some problems with the chair

As soon as it was delivered my husband took out of the box and it had broken pieces inside of the box. The screw was broke off inside of the chair so my husband had to get the screw out and find another one to attach it. I will not buy another one. I thought it was a leather chair but it is not. It ended up taking over an hour to put together. I would return but that would probably be a hassle.
