Gorgeous chair, arrived damaged

Love this chair. I'm 5'6 and can sit cross-legged if I want to. It's roomy, but doesn't take up a lot of space in my room, which is good! The back of the chair is high enough to where I can rest my head. The back also has amazing support for my lower back and makes sitting for long periods easier. The material is incredibly soft and the seat of the chair is very comfy/plush feeling. The chair has the ability to rock back and forth, but be careful going back, it feels like you might fall and it is startling. My only complaint is that I'm spending a good penny on this chair and it arrived damaged (see picture). There was something pressing on the back of the chair and it caused a deep compression mark. I see this is a common complaint with Eureka in general and I'm really sad this happened. They need to improve their packaging.

Great chair

It is a great chair. It is well built and comfortable. My only complaint is I was expecting a white chair, but it is a light grey color.

Nice Office Chair

This was really easy to put together and feels nice on my back when I sit in it. Love the chair. Very cushiony. Swivel is great.

I LOVE this chair.

I sit cross legged when I work. This is the only chair I have ever found that accommodates that - while still having arms.

Beautiful Chair but uncomfortable

Beautiful chair but the seating hurt my rear-end after 3 days of sitting in it for work. I had to return the product because of the comfort level.

Honestly for $500 this is the most comfortable officer I ever had in my entire life it arrived ripped but they took care of it send me a replacement part but honestly this chair is very comfortable

Damaged

I received the Royal II Executive Leather Office Chair quite promptly. However, it had tears in 2 places. Chair also was not as comfortable for my body frame. I contacted customer service to start return. Yet to hear back.

Amazing support and very roomy!

I scoured the whole internet it seemed to find an office chair that not only had excellent support for my chronic back and hip pain, was a light beautiful color, elegant appearance, AND enough space for my many different sitting positions (and allowing my pom-shih to snuggle while I work). The closed off arm rests make a perfect spot for my dog to cuddle up next to me, The seat is wide enough to sit cross-legged, and the lower back support feels like I'm leaning into a cloud. It's been about two weeks so I can't speak to the wear-and-tear... but so far it has been worth every penny.

Chair arrived damage they said the replacement parts on the way it’s been two weeks nothing these people are scam artist pathetic don’t ever buy anything over here they take your money that ignore them so I just found dispute with my credit card company
