I loved it, until I didn’t

I loved this chair, it was a little hard to put together but it looks very stylish and elegant. Unfortunately one of the screws on one arm is loose and the arm detaches from the side of the back of the chair. Now I don’t know what to do because I tried screwing it many times but until I finally gave up. I had very high hopes for the chair.

Love this chair

Great chair. Super comfortable for a whole day of work. I bought it for my husband but now have been sitting at his desk all week. :)

The chair is very sturdy.

Even with a 200-pound body, the chair will not tilt or tip over when lying flat, and it is easy to move. The seat cushion and backrest of the chair are very soft and breathable, making it easy to fall asleep when lying on it.

Disappointed with the arm rest. Foam became flat within a week of using. Now arm rest is very uncomfortable.

Enjoying Chair

I am enjoying my new chair. It is comfortable and good looking. It took about 90 minutes to put it together and it is a two person job. With two people it wasn't that bad. My only complaint has nothing to do with the chair it is the communication. They sent an email stating the chair was on its way, when it was not. It took an additional 5 days to get it in FedEx's hands. My suggestion is don't send out any notifications on shipment until it is in the shippers hand Now, I emailed with customer service and they were fantastic and responded quickly and truthfully. I did appreciate that! So, I do love my chair and the customer service. It was the only glitch in the middle that drove me crazy!

Very nice Office Chair

Been looking for months to replace my worn-out office chair. I was looking for an exec type chair similar to the one I had. The Galene is an awesome replacement and cost half what I paid for the other chair years ago. Feels very comfortable and sturdy.

Lost cushion extremely quickly, made a horrendous noise when I would adjust myself in it. I regret purchasing it and gave it away.

Best Office Chair for the Price

Chair is comfortable and perfect for my home office. It was easy to assemble and color, cushion, style was exactly as ordered. Will definitely be returning for any future office furniture purchases.

Upcharged Cheap Scam Product

Purchased it and it's 100% NOT worth the money you're spending. You can buy a <$100 chair of equal or better quality from any major store near you. Was a pain in the butt to assemble, cheap materials, not sturdy even when tightly bolted, doesn't even let you lean back independent of the base (they blatantly lied in the advertisement, the armrests are solid bolted peices to the backrest, so you can only do the "rocking" even though the demonstration image clearly shows the backrest being adjustable independent of the seat base). Overall a waste. This is definitely a scam just to get the "restocking fee" out of people because they charge 25% to restock returns and foot you the bill for return shipping of the heavy weight of the product. Absolute scammers. Save your time and money and don't buy this garbage.

I’ve had at least 4 different types of office chairs in the last 4 years trying to find one that checked all the boxes. I always wanted one that was more professional looking but they were either very expensive or didn’t come in a color I liked. I am so happy I found this chair. It was a bit hard to put the back on by myself but I managed to figure a way. 10 out of 10 recommend this chair.

Well worth it and super comfy

I spend a lot of time at my desk, working, gaming, and writing. I wanted to upgrade from my stiff “gamer” chair to something with better support for my back and overall comfort. This chair fits the bill perfectly! Not only does it feel like I’m sitting on a cloud, but it’s very nice looking and the arm rests are very nice. I love that they fold up so I can get them out of the way if I need to. It is a bit difficult to put together without some help though. I love it and I’m very happy with my purchase!
