Do not purchase!

This bed is not good quality. The bed frame has broken several times. The screws easily become loose. The warranty service Worry No More is delayed at troubleshooting your claim and do not provide flexibility in coming to review your claim. It took 4 weeks for them to even inspect the bed. I paid full price for this bed and have had not received the same quality I have with cheaper beds from other brands. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

1st order arrived damaged. White glove service did not show up on day replacement order was scheduled for (despite texting that am “your order will arrive”). When the 2nd order was received it was discovered after white glove left the footboard is damaged and nailheads show thru. Very cheap looking. Still waiting for replacement footboard. Perigold is going down hill.

This is a beautiful bed. I really like the height of the headboard as it seems appropriately sized for our 10 tall ceilings. I was concerned about it working with our adjustable bed since the description says it wont, but it is fine. Im glad I paid for assembly. My husband said it took him both delivery guys to get it put together.

Bernhardt quality always good

This is truly a great quality bed. It’s solid and heavy and the fabric in the headboard is beautiful. It’s a little darker gray than I expected but still a neutral color that works well with other light grays, whites and beige tones. Packaging was totally damaged but with the solid internal packaging around the bed it came out unscathed.

Poor Quality; Buyers Beware!!

This bed looks beautiful, but structurally it is weak and not worth all that money!! I got this bed, and the whole bed is not strong! The parts DO NOT LINE UP! and that looks so cheap! squeaks, and even the base wont just line up!!Tried to return but you all know Macy's it was impossible!So buyers beware. I loved the bed, and Bernhardt furniture. Either the quality has gone very low, the company is not manufacturing quality furniture anymore or Macy's is getting the rejects from the company and Macy's is selling them!!!Some one (company) is not showing integrity and taking $$ from customers for substandard furniture.I am just totally disappointed and this is every day!!!

This is a very nice bed. I bought it to replace the same one in a different color because I like it so much. The white glove service was worth it because it is a very heavy quality piece of furniture.

Absolutely Stunning

This bed is more than functional. It’s besutifomade and designed.

Looks sturdy and massive. Couple small parts weren't made to the highest standard. Also it's tricky to measure the length of the screws,somehow they are longer than needed and we reattached the super heavy parts twice( Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase

Love this bed. A very sturdy and beautiful bed. Description says not for adjustable bed but we have one and it works great. My husband and I put it together. didn't need any extra help.
