Comfortable not quite “big”

The chair is very comfortable for long hours at my desk. Has the tall part down perfectly but the big needs improvement as the seat is the same width as a standard desk chair, possibly even a tad smaller

Disappointing at best

Do NOT waste your money here. Chair claimed to support up to 400 lbs. (I weigh far less but liked the looks and material) Problem began less than 2 months later. The hydraulic cylinder started dropping me 1 or 2 inches every half hour or so until reaching bottom (not a slow leak but a sudden drop). Contacting FURNGO resulted in back and forth emails with them requesting video of dynamics of problem (no idea here) but ending up with a partial refund for the cylinder so I could replace it from another source as the company claimed they didn't have a replacement for me. Finding a chair upholstered with cloth is rare so this was very disappointing.

The most plush comfortable chair you will ever buy

This Clatina Big and Tall Executive chair should be called a recliner on wheels. Turn the tension knob to no resistance and lean back. You feel like you are in the plushest of plush recliners. I noticed the support with the wheels is all steel and welded. The workmanship of this chair exceeds my expectations. Very easy to assemble. I could not be happier.

Arms were a struggle

Nice looking and comfortable chair once you get it put together. It felt like 30 minutes fighting the back %26 screwing the arms on. Definitely needs a put-together option

These chairs are absolutely the most comfortable office chairs I’ve ever had! The wheels glide smoothly and last but not least the rocking on this chair is perfect!!!

The seating area is very small. Definitely not for a short heavy person.

VERY COMFORTABLE, EASY INSTALL. LITTLE MORE NARROW FOR MY HIPS BUT NOT TERRIBLE. IM LARGER PERSON AND NEEDED HEAVY DUTY CHAIR FOR THE AMOUNT OF TIME I SIT IN IT AT WORK.

Not happy

Will not stay up to my computer desk after only 2 months it sinks. Not happy.

Not very well-made, would not recommend

The overall quality of the chair feels really cheaply made. I bought this chair in Brown years ago and it seem to be made with more quality materials back then. When you lean back it feels like the chair is going to tip over. I expect it to probably last less than a year. I don’t think it is a good value.

Seem like a good chair.

It seems to be a very nice chair. I bought it for my husband who is 240 lbs. and 6'3". He only sat it for a little while and he liked how it fit him. But he left on an extended trip so I can't give you definite comfort opinion yet. I bought fabric this time because that fake leather peels off. Awful stuff. Seems like a solid chair, time will tell.

Excellent chair with one modification makes it perfect !!!

Excellent chair,very comfy with all the plushness as advertised.Much like another said ,I used longer bolts 1-3/4" and a 1" spacer for the front bolts. Now it's perfect !!! Just the right amount of lean.

Worth every penny!

Loved it! Nice and cushiony with a very roomy seat. Great color and loved the fabric. Easy to put together with NO missing pieces and hardware. I would definitely recommend it.

Was great, at first!!!

Was great...at first!!! Yes it tilts forward a bit. yes, it is short from front to back. I measured what I wanted before I ordered as I an 5'4" and need a short seat. The first year was fabulous. Cushy, comfy, perfect. the 2nd year, cushion faded to nothing, it is now like sitting on fabric plywood. Chair now has a tilt to the left. very annoying and uncomfortable when I work 8-15 hours a day. Worried that it will start affecting my spinal chord. I do not recomend this chair unless you can afford to replace it once a year.

So far the chair is excellent and well built, its on the heavy side once assembled so that lends to potentially durable and long life of the chair. The padding is really nice

Weird seat design, too much padding.

I've been sitting in this chair for more than a year and a half now as a full time remote worker. At first it was ok, but now I realize it's one of the most uncomfortable chairs I've used all because of the seat design. I believe the seat depth is too long because I never feel like I'm sitting all the way back in the chair and the overstuffed padding keeps shifting on me pushing me forward in the chair. I always end up stiff with a back ache after a few hours in it. I can't believe I spent so much on this uncomfortable chair.

Very nice for the price

The fabric is such nicer than I expected for the prie. It's a sturdy and comfortable chair though, the seat could raise more for taller people.

Beautiful chair, pros & cons

Beautiful chair, very nice fabric, well made, unique packaging (we even saved it for later use). There are hundreds of written reviews about this chair on another site that sells them. We found ebay to be the best deal. The main complaint is that the bottom of the chair seems to tilt forward which multiple people dislike. There are a couple of ways to solve this problem. I purchased 2 socket head cap screws 5/16 x 18 x 1 1/2" and used 16 5/16 flat washers (8 per side), loosen the rear screws that attach the base to the chair bottom, remove the 2 front screws and replace with the longer screws and washers. The washers go between the seat bottom and the base plate. Be advised that the new cap screws will require a larger allen wrench than the one supplied. This made the chair much more comfortable for me. Another complaint was that the tilting was very stiff. Looking at the adjustment knob with chair laying on its back, twisting it clockwise increases the resistance while counterclockwise decreases the resistance. The adjusting lever moves vertically for height/depth and horizontally to lock/unlock. If the lever is locked then tilting is limited to about 10 degrees, when unlocked it tilts normally. The instructions consist of pictures, observe very carefully as the chair can be assembled incorrectly.

At least the return was easy.
