Love the chair, but one of the caps that covers the chair lift was cracked. I contacted Walmart customer serv and they were very helpful, however the manufacturer was a different story. They're solution to the cracked part was a refund of $10. which i took after a week's worth of emails back and forth.
Ok chair
Its a comfy chair, however doesnt feel like the cushioning will hold up very long. I am 275 lbs and chair fits just right, might be tight for some one larger. As someone who constantly moves around, gets up, sits with one leg crossed one the chair, I was hoping for something a little bigger. Easy to put together
