Shipping box arrived damaged however contents is fine. This is a deck chair requiring assembly. It's comfortable and looks good on my deck.

The ad says that it is gray but it's a very light cream color almost white. So don't order if you want gray .I would return it but the return process is a pain.

This is the second of these chairs that we've bought, as the one bought last year was so popular. The notes on how to put it together aren't very good, so be prepared to spend at least 2 hours assembling it. However it is such a comfy chair that it's well worth the time spent assembling it.

Leaking chair

Chair seemed fine until today when I had to move it. There is an orange substance leaking from the frame. This has stained my balcony and is now leaking on my outdoor carpet. I have tried to upload photos but it will not allow this function. Now more frustrated

Bought Two But Returned One

I bought one of the Outsunny Gliders (gray seat/brown frame) in May 2024. I was very happy with the glider and decided to purchase a second one. The 2nd glider had two defects (1. poorly aligned parts that caused a 1/2" difference in the glider base and 2. a machined bolt hole not properly completed). I do not have the equipment to properly complete the drilled hole so this was a no-go for me. During the assembly, when I came across the 2nd defect, I took everything apart and placed it back into the box for a return item. The return process by Walmart was seamless and I ordered another glider. Fingers crossed that I get one like the first one purchased.

Refund Run-around, NEVER RECEIVED CHAIRS

I ordered these chairs on May 5th, it is now May 25th and the chairs have still not been shipped. I requested an order cancellation/refund, which they still haven't done, as I haven't received any items. I also spoke to a Walmart representative TWO TIMES, and I still do not have a refund or chairs. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, they took my money but sent me ZERO chairs and it STILL hasn't been resolved. UNBELIEVABLE how a company can hold your money hostage for over 20 days and not deliver an item or cancel the order.

Quick delivery, just as pictured, Easy to put together, smooth glide. I've only had it for a few days

I bought 2. One was hard to assemble because there were welds covering the bolt holes which had to be drilled out. The second chair was covered in rust when we pulled it from the box. The chair looked almost as if it were a different color from all the rust. We kept the 1st chair and returned the second. Very disappointing for the price.

All was good in quality, parts, and instructions. 1 chair, no problems.But other chair had an alignment problem. The arm hit another piece and stopped forward motion. It did not have full range of motion. I tried loosen parts and realigning, but there was no space to adjust (actually, that is probably a good thing, no allowance to put it together incorrectly). Ended up having to gerryrig a shim to correct alignment.
