Chair is nice, the directions did not match the chair. I don’t know if they were from a previous model or new one, but we had to look online for a video on how to put it together. Very frustrating, but we made it work.

Terrible product

Horrible assembly. Product is cheap and took hours not minutes to build..The cushions are very thin and the back does not go high enough to hold your head. Reclining feature useless with hanging head .

Super Comfortable - Terrible to Assemble

This is a super cozy, big enough for a large person chair! I love it on my porch! However, it was awful to put together - had to use our own screws, lots of cursing!

This chair is really nice once you get the assembly done. I paid for assembly but the guy that came out initially could not put it together because he said the screws did not fit. I returned the item and a second was sent out. The second time, I declined the assembly and had someone I trusted, put it together. He actually had to go to Lowe’s to purchase 2 screws, because the ones sent did not fit. The first guy was correct. Once assembled, it’s a really comfortable, nice chair.

Not what i was expecting, disappointed

The instructions are awful! I am mechanically inclined, I have put together dozens of furniture pieces and this was the worst. The recliner isn’t working still trying to play w the assembly to get it to work. The cushions are NOT white or even off white, they are almost yellow. Very unhappy over all

Horrible Product

This product is TERRIBLE! The instructions have no words and diagrams that one must stare at for a long while to understand. The tools are miniature and cause blistering in the fingers from excessive use. I've attached a photo.

Patio rocking chair

Now that the chair has been assembled I love it but the directions are not very clear at all. I had someone who knew what they were doing and he had trouble so I was glad I didn’t attempt it myself. However it is on my patio now and I hope to get a lot of enjoyment in it over the summer.

Great Chairs!!!

These are the MOST COMFORTABLE patio chairs I have ever owned. I originally purchased two chairs from another seller then purchased two more because they were so comfy. I highly recommend them if you're looking for good quality and comfort. The cushions are quite thick and the chair backs are high enough for all of the tall people in my family.

Great quality rockers!

I bought 2 rockers. They are a fantastic addition to the deck, they are a bit bigger (maybe because I am shorter) but they are very comfortable and perfect for reading, relaxing and watching tv outside :)

A great outdoor rocker recliner for the money.

I ordered this Outsunny outdoor wicker, rattan reclining Rocker that is cushioned. it was a perfect choice to relax outdoors and goes greatly with my other furniture. It is very comfortable and the cushions are movable so that my pets don't sit and get her all over them. A great choice for the money, especially.

All round great rocking chair

Got this for my elderly nan who finds it difficult getting out of chairs. This is low enough to allow her to get up with ease and is very comfortable ( her words) and she is very picky about things. It is easy to put together and feels very sturdy and despite its size it is quite light in weight. The only downside we found was that we need a cushion for the back to bring my Nan forward because she’s so little and has little legs but for your average height person it’s perfect. All round great rocking chair.

BUYER BEWARE, DON’T BUY! COMPLETE JUNK!

DON’T BUY! This item is complete junk! The cushion is so thin you can feel the cross bar underneath it. It reclines back just a little and you feel (and can) fall backward. I returned it to Walmart only to find out they can’t return it. After reaching out to the company they wanted me to put it back in the box and ship it back. I explained it had already been assembled and to disassemble and put back in the box for shipping would not be possible. They did offer me a 55.00 refund which I took but am now stuck with a piece of junk recliner no one wants to sit in. Shame on Walmart for not standing behind a product they sell on their website.

Hard to assemble as it doesn’t align properly

This seat was hard to assemble and came with the wrong directions. Some of the screws could not be installed because the holes did not align. When trying to sit in it, it seems too deep to sit comfortably though I was also worried it might fall apart by sitting in it.

Not what I thought it would be

Was not easy to assemble!! Only had pictures, no directions. The description says it is a recliner. Well the foot rest does not come up very far - can't call it a recliner! It is a heavy chair and the cushions are very nice. Would recommend if you just want to rock or sit, but not what I thought I was buying.

Nice but hard to but together

Chair looks just like the pictures, but took a long time to put together…shamefully, three hours. Not hard to actually assemble, but the screws aren’t clearly labeled so you have to really pay attention not to use the wrong one. I guessed on the very first one and luckily it seems I guessed right.

Would not recommend to anyone!

I would not recomment this product to anyone let alone a friend. I value my friendships. I sat and watched my daughter and grandson try to put this chair together for over six hours. It still does not work because she has not figured out how the tilt back feature works. We can use it as a rocker. The directions to put it bluntly...SUCK! I did find a video on youtube, but that was of not help because it did not go the same steps at the brochure. The parts need to be labeled better as it was hard to know which screws were to be used where. Hard telling if we will ever be able to use the tilt back feature. It is a nice looking chair just not as functional as proclaimed.

Color deceiving

Ordered two of these chairs. Only opened one box. Took one piece out and the color of the wicker does not look like the picture online. Already returned both.
