Fold, Not Rolled

The rug was delivered folded, not rolled like every other rug I have ever purchased. The desire to save shipping cost on your end results in a rug that will never NOT show the folds. Thus, it makes me regret the purchase. Just roll the thing and charge more for shipping if that's the issue. Nice rug, but I regret the purchase...

Great carpet. It’s like a huge carpet pad. I recommend padding underneath to give it a more plush look. Perfect for pets and kids!

Color was true to the pictures. They are light enough to wash, although I have not done that yet. They do a decent job of staying in place so I have not felt the need to add a non-skid pad underneath of it. Can’t speak to durability yet.

Arrived quickly and the colors went well with my decor. There was a little more blue/grey than I expected but turned out to be a wonderful compliment to my furniture.

This rug wasn’t what I hoped for. Very thin and it honestly looks and feels cheap. This was my first time buying thru this website. I would have taken my $ and gone somewhere else but no refunds just store credit! I will not be buying from Rugs USA again!!!!

Love the rug but...

I love this runner rug in my kitchen, but today I found a staple sticking out of it. Thank *** it caught on my sock before my cat could’ve stepped on it. Why there was a staple in the rug is beyond me.

Love this one!

Really nice looking runner, colors are spot on and it fits the hallway perfectly. I haven't tried washing it yet but don't anticipate any issues doing so. It does come pretty wrinkled & that is taking time to smooth out, but other than that it has met all my expectations.

Not what I was expecting

Not what I was expecting. The description sounded like it was a “persian rug”. The colors were exactly what I wanted, but I can’t use it where I planned. I think it will look ok in my utility room since it’s a mat.

Perfection

I purchased the ivory color. It is the perfect mix of green/gray, blue, beige, and browns. Its warm but also cool and will match a variety of designs. Rug is very thin. Would recommend a rug pad with it.

I have been looking for a rug for a couple months and went to home goods, tj maxx and marshalls and could not find anything. I don't usually like ordering things like this online but the reviews sold me. This is such a good deal, my husband doesn't even like these types of patterned rugs and he loved it too. It's also really soft, if you are a shoe free household, you'll like how soft it'll feel under your feet. It is so cute and if you're going for the clean, warm aesthetic it'll totally fit your vibe. I also think this is probably one of the best rugs you'll buy for the price.
