Large rug comes folded! Does not lay flat.

I love the pattern of this rug, but HATE how it was shipped. This large rug was boxed and folded, not rolled like every other rug I have ever purchased. It will not lay down flat. Has ridges, bubbles and creases that are serious trip hazards. I continue to wait for Lowe’s to respond. I am asking for it to be steamed flat. Thus far, they are shifting blame to the vendor. But I purchased and paid Lowe’s, so they should be responsible. I continue to hope they will make this right. Until then, do not order this rug.

If I would have seen them in person, I wouldn't have purchased them. However, I don't want to pay the shipping back. I'll keep them until the winter is over. Maybe they will look better after washing. The colors are ok, but the blue is very bright. In the photo, the colors look muted.

Looks fine but there are issues.

This is meant to be temporary as the room it occupies is being revamped. Happy with both color and design. This size 6.5 x 9 is a bonus and hard to find as most are 6 x 9 only. Light chemical smell dissipated quickly. Thin rug but suits our purposes. However, the rug was more folded than rolled and after two weeks it is still rippled and curling up on the ends and looks ridiculous. We're giving it another two weeks before relegating it to the basement exercise area (under exercise mats) and finding another rug, albeit not one from NuLoom. Final note: in the info received with the rug it mentions a light sheen that might show up in the sunshine. In fact it looks like tiny ice bits are covering the surface, much like the top of the snowfall. Pretty outside but wrong in a carpet. This wasn't mentioned in the descriptive blurb online and people should be aware.

Grey looks blue

This rug was just what I wanted but, as another reviewer stated, the color combination draws a blue hue to this “grey” rug. Strange, because in good lighting, the colors of black and grey are evident. Yet, when I put the rug on the floor near my grey sofa, blue pops! If you want a grey/blue color combination you will likely be pleased. However, blue is not an accent color in my home. I bought five rugs in various sizes and have to return them.
