Great Size

It's the size I wanted for a recycle bin. I didn't want the "official" bright blue recycle can with the recycle symbol for two reasons. 1) the recycle bin is smaller than I wanted, as I recycle more than is put in the trash. 2) I live in a small one-bedroom apartment with a very small kitchen. There is no place to store the bin, so I have it just on the floor in the kitchen. The bright blue doesn't match my color scheme. This Rubbermaid Beige can is a nice neutral color and blends in with the linoleum color. It is well-made. Not much else to say about a simple wastebasket without a lid! I wanted a bin with a lid, but the 7 gal size I was looking for at a low price all come only in black.

By getting this larger trash can I was able to eliminate one other trash receptacle and because now our food waste has to go into our green waste cart I needed a bigger, sturdier can that would fit under my sink for everything not food and this fits the bill. Also, 8 gallon bags fit it perfectly. Totally happy with my purchase.

I have purchased a couple different dedicated foot baths. From electric ones, to small ones. The biggest issue I have with those is the angle for both legs is uncomfortable. A pair of these is just perfect for my size 12 feet. Most of my other cans are black. The beige makes the purpose for these easy to know which one is for that task. They are sturdy and mobile enough I can be setting at my desk and enjoying a good scented salt bath while I am at it.

The containers themselves are fine. Finding liners that will secure properly is a bit of a challenge. Right now, using plastic liners and "twisting" them a bit to tighten them so they don't fall into the bin. You'll probably want to find a source of liners before getting these, unless you intend to use them unlined.

So this is something I badly needed for my kitchen because I was tired of taking out every single recycle item I had to my city issued recycle bin. As someone who recycles an excessive amount, I needed something that could collect my recyclables, that I could gather up at the end of the day in a bucket and take out to empty in my large recycle bin. This one has been fantastic, very sturdy, nice engraved recycle logo and seems to be easy to clean, although I haven't had to because I use either an 8 gallon or 13 gallon trash bag to line it depending on what I have available. I highly recommend it.

We didn't buy this for trash purposes. Haha! My son is obsessed with trash, trash jobs, trash trucks, etc. For Halloween he's going as a trash man. I got this for this "trick or treat" 'bag'. Super adorable and completes his outfit perfectly. For size reference, my almost five year old can fit inside it (as seen in pict). Super durable too!

hello, this is our third set of rubbermaid commercial waste containers. the first set did its duty under the sink and when it was time, they did double duty outside in the garden. then the second set of rubbermaid containers started a new life under the sink. over time, they too get worked from daily use. so, they went to the outside to participate in the garden activities as waste containers. now, we have two new ones for under the sink, one black and one blue. by the way, Duro Paper Retail Grocery Bags with Handles 12 x 7 x 17 inches, 50 Count fits perfectly in these containers, after you cut off the handles. now, instead of labeling one recycle and one not, the recycle has its own blue container under the sink. a great product and can serve double duty outside after their turn under the sink.

There's not too much to say about this recycling bin. I wanted something on the smaller side to use at my apartment to collect recyclable items to take out to the dumpsters. This is the same size that you would see in an office, it only comes up to about mid-shin and doesn't take up very much space. It's as sturdy as every other recycling bin I've ever come across and suits my needs perfectly. It's very inexpensive and is exactly as described. What more can you ask of a recycling bin? Maybe if it took the items out to the dumpster for me, but then it would be a robot and not a recycling bin.
