The delivery service was our only problem. to make quotas, they say it's delivered when its not but the sending company was amazing and honest. great product, very comfortable.

Much smaller than led to believe, stated medium size, whereas this chair is almost child size. Very uncomfortable, hard seat, and not a chair anyone wants to spend any time sitting in. So what’s the point of a recliner nobody likes?

This is such a comfortable chair .. love the color beige it isn’t to wide so it fits great in my small living room..the massage and heat are amazing so nice after long day at work .. the electric recline works wonderful ..

I’ve had my chair a few months now so I feel like I can give a better review. First, the chair goes together very easily. I needed a friend to assemble it because I’m too old now, with physical issues.

Chair is comfortable in some positions. In the reclining position the arm pads are too far forward so my arms drop in the spot. Also there is a large gap in the reclining position where your shins are. No to comfortable hardware shows under the chair.

This is a decent recliner chair……. the massage though it’s more like just vibration instead of massaging ….. the heat is good!!!! My dogs both like to jump up in my chair

Love it! It’s sturdier and a bit stiffer than my old chair…exactly what my bad back needed. And the massage function is great! Is not overly loud to interfere with watching tv or talking on the phone. I’ve yet to find anything l don’t love about it! It was a breeze to put together. Two boxes, four pieces, slide the sides into the slots, slide the back on, hook up the wires and plug it in. Easy peasy.

Great chair

Chair is great for someone my size (5.3), was easy to assemble and use. Comfortable. Only problem is that I thought I was getting a sale price, but unless that taxes were equal to the sale price it seemed to be billed as the original.
