So Comfortable!

I bought these chairs recently for my balcony and absolutely love them. They are great quality, so comfortable and look amazing!

WARNING!! Swivel chair broke

DO NOT BUY! The chair base broke after only a month and a half and only being sat it a hand full of times. Bed Bath and Beyond says there is no manufacturer warranty against defects past 30 days. If you must buy this cheap porly made furniture, don't buy it from here or you will be out your money if you have a problem. It should come with a 1 year warranty again manufacturer defects like it does when you buy it straight from Ashley. If it's defective, you should be able to get a replacement. Very bad business and I won't be buying from Bed Bath and Beyond ever again. Pics attached. The black stuff is where we tried to glue it after being told we won't be receiving any help. The glue didn't work . If you look closely, you can see where it cracked. Pic attached shows receipt where it was delivered March 5th 2024 and I'm writing this review on May 17th 2024. It broke about a week ago but with my busy schedule I didn't call right away. I thought I had time.

Great chair

The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. They swivel and rock. Delivery was great. Easy to put together

Very happy with the chairs, we ordered a set to go along with the matching section. Seat cushions are a little stiff but nothing crazy. Putting them together was a bit tedious but not too bad. They do swivel and rock, that was one of the questions we had prior to purchase that we didn't find much info on.

Great chairs! Very comfortable and well made. Cushions are really nice! You won’t be disappointed! And they arrived already put together! I would definitely recommend these!

Great chairs

These chairs are very comfortable, the cushions thick, the depth and width of the seat is great. We are average height so we fit comfortably with feet being able to reach floor, those short or tall may want to try them out in the show room before purchasing. The swivel feature is great. These are large chairs, it was helpful to have measured our space before purchasing. The cushions do not claim to be sun resistant. We picked up and assembled our chairs. Assembly was easy, it took longer to unpack and break down the cardboard for recycling than the assembly.

BASE BROKE AFTER 2 YEARS

The set itself is great, but the swivel chair broke after 2.5 years and there is no replacement for the swivel parts - that's not good! I also tried to get it welded, but was unable to because the material is plastic, not steel. For the price we pay, it should last longer than 2 to 3 years and replacement parts should be readily available! Very disappointed!

I would love to give this chair a 5-star review as it is beautiful and very comfortable- however, the base is poorly made! One chair broke in less than a year and we had to fight with Ashley to get it replace under the warranty. The second original chair is now doing the same thing after under two years. Way too expensive to have such a short life span.

This swivel lounge chair matches another beachcroft sectional. The chair is excellent quality and very comfortable. The minimal assembly was easy and quick.

Comfy but don't expect it to be a rocking chair

Our chair was a little lopsided. Found out that the screws were not on tight when white glove service delivered and assembled it. Unfortunately that didn't fix the issue. Also if you are average to heavy the back will hit the floor so you can't really rock on it which really was disappointing. We were also missing hardware for another chair and didn't get it till about 2 months later so couldnt enjoy the whole set. Ended up buying our own hardware.

Base is broken just as so many others have posted

I have had this chair for about a 1 1/2 years. I was actually very happy with it but with time the chair started to lean a certain way. I didn't think much of it until I fall back one day. Figured out with time the welded joints have broken. If I could just buy another base I would be slightly less irritated but unfortunately that is not the case. The couches and everything else from the beach croft line are awesome. Don't buy the chair though. You'll regret it.

So so comfortable and very nice looking! We got 2 of them for our patio. Once the weather improves I am going to live in this chair all summer long! Assembly was quick and easy. I love being able to rock in an comfy outdoor chair. Would highly recommend and would purchase again.

Not fan if Ashley the way treated me.

Wish I could show photo. I bought 2 of these on same day. One of them the welds broke. Wife almost fell backwards. I flipped the other one over and it was braced. Called nfm they asked me to call Ashley to see if there was another bottom avabile. Ashley treated me like they did not care and was very rude. Called nfm back sent rep the photos and they made it right. Love the chairs not sure I would invest in any Ashley the way I was treated.

Terrible construction and materials that will not last, DO NOT BUY

We've had this furniture on our covered patio for 2 years, and the bases of the chairs have given up their welds. The chairs are barely used, except for the occasional gathering and both chairs need the bases replaced. AFW only warrantees the product for 1 year and then you're on your own. They will fix but for $50 for the parts and 2 hours of labor at $45 an hour.

Wonderful Chair and Customer Service

I have three of these swivel lounge chairs. I had purchased two from Ashley Furniture and decided to get one more. Coleman Furniture had one at a good price. Much to my delight, the customer service and delivery service were far superior. Great job Coleman Furniture!

DO NOT BUY THE SWIVEL ROCKER!!! IT'S JUNK!!

I recently bought the Beachcroft outdoor sofa and swivel rockers. Less than a year later, both swivel rockers were broken. The weld underneath completely broken. When I called to ask about a replacement (since still under warranty), I was told I would have to pay $299 shipping to have new ones sent. WHAT??? So I paid the ridiculous shipping for the replacements (NO REFUND OFFERED). 3 months later, the replacements are now broken. Same weld issue on both. THESE PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE. DO NOT BUY!!
