This sofa is exactly what I was looking for and looks amazing in my space. The cushions are firm and the back is not overly padded, but as someone with back and hip pain, I cannot sit for long on soft furniture with no support, so I love it. Another plus is that my feet reach the floor! As a 5' 4" woman I have a hard time finding furniture that is sized for my height. I'm very pleased with the fabric and sturdiness and delivery was smooth and simple.

Love this couch. It is less white than it looked on the website which is a relief. I love the little specks of tans and browns which will make it wear much more naturally and won't looked stained and dirty easily. It's so comfortable and stylish. My dog doesn't fit under it like our last couch so she is the only one complaining about the couch.

Looks really pretty in our space. It’s a little firm right now, but it could probably get broken in, in a bit. totally worth the price!

Just love this couch! The curved inner corners are perfect for that snuggle for one more person! Vey Comfortable. Lower back allows for unobstructed view of our property and pond. Lovely

Overpriced, Low quality and no product assurance whatsoever after THREE DAYS!

I purchase two chairs in sept of 2021. Receiving the items took forever. After multiple emails, phone calls and hours wasted, I finally received the items in January of 2022. One year later, one of the chairs that was over $1000, split at the joint. I contacted customer service and they had me fill out a form, complete with pictures, receipts and videos of the damage. The claim was denied because they evidently have a 3 DAY AFTER PURCHASE claim requirement. Which means , after 3 days they do not offer any sort of product assurance. For a $1000 chair to last a year is absurd and their customer service is hard to reach, passive and negligent.

Low Quality and no customer service

Four Hands is overpriced and low quality furniture. Their pieces do not last and they will deny any claim outside of three days after purchase. Which shows exactly how much the stand by their products.

We are very pleased with this sofa.The color is rich and the design is elegant.It definitely has a Parisian look.

Sofa is beautiful Delivery is terrible

The sofa is beautiful and perfect for the space. The design team is friendly and helpful. My issue is with the delivery and customer service. The delivery truck hit my wall and left without bringing it to my attention. I saw them hit it from within my property but they acted as if nothing had happened but going out the next day I noticed a chunk of my wall missing. It's been a few months now. I got my lawyer to write both the delivery service and Lulu and Georgia and I have been ignored by both companies. I paid 800.00 to repair the damages on top of paying for the "white glove" service fee. Please be sure to check your property after delivery to make sure they don't damage your home and pretend like they did not afterwards. It's really shameful that they would treat their customers this way. I provided all necessary documentation and pictures. Still -- crickets. Bigger establishments would never treat you this way so beware that you are buying from a company that does not have a solid customer service creed.
