Great chair! Good lumbar support and enough room in the seat to pivot and not feel like your in a bucket seat. Comfortable all around for the long days of reading papers.

You had Fedx take a shipping route from Pooler Ga which is only 200 miles from my house (Seneca SC) to Calif back to Alabama to Charlotte NC and I still have not recieved my chair. Totally ridiculous. Promised on Friday the 12th did not arrive, then sent notification it would be here on Sunday the 14th, did not arrive and now the 15th has come and gone - no chair. At point where I am going to havve my credit card company get my money back

Very good, but still room for improvement

Initial quality is very good…am finding myself sliding down a lot (causing me to need to adjust back up to normal seating position), so it would be nice to be able to adjust the angle of the seat pad, or have an extension for the hamstrings (similar to nicer cars)…overall, it feels like a high-end car seat which is nice.

The office chair arrived well packed, minimal assemble time and finished product is so comfortable! Sturdy, quality is great and well made. I bought for my husband who is tall and this chair was good for his size, has recline feature and nice arm rests that provide nice support.

I've looked at chairs for months , when I saw this chair , I decided to give it a try. You will not be disappointed. It's comfy , sturdy, heavy. But most of all easy to put together. Beautiful Chair. I recommend this chair

Comfortable!

I specifically was looking for a cushier chair due to tailbone issues, and this one is great! I can change positions to sitting crossed leg which is helpful.
