I love the stools. I purchased two open box and 2 special orders. I received the first 2 in perfect condition and excellent craftsmanship quality for a great price. Pending the next 2 in a couple weeks.

I want to like these but the sides of the seat are just too high. When you want to turn your body to look or talk with someone the sides are high that they hurt the backs of your thighs. There are at least two other brands I found that do not cause this to happen. The prior owners of our home had some that were perfect, and I have a family member who has another brand also same style but no hurt thighs.

Simply perfect!

We were on the fence about buying new counter stools and couldn’t be happier with these Barret stools. They are gorgeous and truly comfortable.

Poor Quality

I ordered six barstools and within months they were falling apart. The spindles on the bottom broke and or feel off. I contacted customer service and after much discussion received three replacements. Sadly after less then a month one of those has also broken. I will not be reaching back out, but now felt it right to leave a review.

Never arrived

The product I cannot rate but I ordered my barstools months ago and they still aren’t here. I haven’t received any tracking updates, other than “we’ll call you when it gets closer.” My husband jokes that it’s taking so long because Clint must be making them handmade. I surely hope they’re great quality after this long of a wait. ☹️
