Pleased with TVFireplace console but we ordered dark grey and this is more like dark brown. Gives off good heat and is pretty realistic looking.

I love ❤️ this it looks really good, good quality , after it’s put together, the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star because it comes in so MANY pieces, takes a lot of time and patience to put together.

Love this unit! It is beautiful and fits perfectly under our TV. I'm using the side shelves as a wine rack, interestingly, when the heater is on, it blow out and the wine stays cool. The shelves are very narrow, so hard to really put anything else on them. This is my first time having an led light fake fireplace, and I wasn't sure what I would think of it, but since I can't have a real one, I find I appreciate this one for how it looks and the warmth it provides in the winter.

Cabinet came with 2 damaged parts. Waited another 3 days to get it put together. It's a pretty cabinet and it is sturdy contrary to a couple other reviews I read. Just make sure you tighten the cams properly and it's fine. It comes with little plastic round pads on the bottom so it won't scratch your flooring. I used 3" felt pads to move it across the floor once I got it together. That made it much easier to move and I was sure I wasn't going to scratch my LVF. Overall, I'd recommend the cabinet.

The cabinet portion of the product is disappointing - cheaply made and looks it once it’s together, which is a challenge, because we went through two damaged tops and an incorrectly drilled bottom before we could even get it assembled. The firebox part is excellent. Real Flame customer service is also excellent. It’s fine now that it’s assembled but nothing special, it just fits our space and needs but if my husband had the time he could have made this himself as it is truly just a bunch of pre-drilled boards with no real flair to it.

Update Apr 22/24 - received 5 replacement parts today. Two of the 5 have substandard paint issues. So discouraged. Waiting for Wayfair to return my call. Where is the quality control at Realflame?

We wanted something simple but nice looking. This definitely fit the bill and it was easy to assemble. We're so pleased with how it looks. In a perfect world I might have picked something a bit more substantial but again, I'm still pleased.

Great fireplace and a nice cabinet. Had to use Goo Gone and plastic razor blade to get stickers off of the cabinet. Fireplace blower fills our open main floor with heat.

Many of the parts arrived damaged which resulted in our needing to have new parts sent to us. I do not like how the trim closes off the display shelves.

Fireplace is awesome. The wood you see burning looks very nice

Quality is very low for the money. Several pieces in original shipment were damaged and required replacement. Construction isn’t very solid.

I absolutely love it. Just enough warmth for my room and being able to change flame color is a nice feature.

This is a lovely piece of furniture- great addition to our living room. The fireplace is pretty.
