I bought the 12x8 greenhouse and am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company to future buyers. It took 2 full days to put together once the base was solid and level. Instructions were easy to follow and believe it or not there was nothing missing which is amazing given how many pieces were involved. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and the customer service was top notch. I rarely write reviews but i felt compelled to share my experience and would buy from them again!

Impressive Greenhouse

I have had the greenhouse over 6 months now - still impressed by it. I found the instruction book helpful and easy to follow. With all kits I would recommend checking the contents - however I found separating the hardware into a bag per page very useful. It helps familiarise you and allows you to check any possible mistakes. On arrival, I found one of the plastic parts was twisted. I decided to contact Palram directly to see if they would just send me the part. I was so impressed with them - no quibble next day delivery. It says 2 person build - it was tricky, but I did it alone.

Learning curve on maintenance

Inside the Bella, my plants thrive like they’re in their own Eden. The light diffusion seems just right, creating a warm, glowing sanctuary. My tomatoes have never been juicier, and my flowers bloom as if it's always spring.

Adjusting for Better Snow Load Management

The first heavy snow had me worried as the snow didn't slide off as easily as expected. After consulting with the support team, I learned how to adjust the angle slightly for better snow shedding. It’s been effective.

Orchid Oasis

I was hesitant to transition my delicate orchids into the greenhouse, but it's been transformative. The Bella's stable temperature and diffused light have coaxed my orchids into the most vibrant blooms I've ever achieved.

Guardian Against the Sun

Watching my plants bask in the filtered sunlight, safe from the harsh rays, reassures me. The Bella isn’t just a structure; it’s a protector, ensuring that my plants’ only stress is deciding when to bloom.

Sturdy..

The Bella greenhouse has held up well over the past year. The panels are indeed tough, though I've noticed a bit of condensation buildup. Still, it's a solid choice for the casual gardener.

Had this item shipped to home. Delivery company refuse to work with you on timing. Its hard to sit up and wait on them till 1 when you work thirds. When they require a signiture but when order was placed it didnt say anything about one.

Low maintenance, not without issues

The welcoming double doors beckon even the most hesitant gardener. They swing wide, inviting you into a space where every plant, from the fragile to the hardy, finds its place under the sun or shade.

TERRIBLE QUALITY

I would NOT buy the Bella greenhouse again. 1) It was a nightmare to assemble. Each 4 foot addition had many holes that did not align and it was difficult to figure out which hole was supposed to be used to bolt the thing together. 2) The horizontal bars on the loader at the store ripped into the panels in the bottom of the box and that box was on the bottom of the 3 boxes we received. That box was laid on its bottom and we didn't know about the holes in 3 of the panels until we were ready to install them -the last ones installed. 3) The twin walls are not really twin walls. They are 2 very flimsy pieces of plastic that are too close together to create any extra insulation. 4) The door panels & frame & handle are garbage. The doors off their frames in a wind that was 20 mph less than the maximum of 62 mph claimed by the company. We cannot get the doors back in the frames and they don't close properly and they bang around in a breeze even when propped open-flimsy doors. 5) EVERY panel has to be caulked before there is any stability and even then it doesn't provide good protection from cold so hearing it is expensive. It needs a back door. I added shade cloth and the temperature still gets to more than 100 degrees with the doors and all 3 vents open with a fan going full blast. A back door would help tremendously. I live in central Okla.

Vegetable Bounty

The productivity of my vegetable plants has doubled since they've been in the Bella. Tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers are thriving, yielding enough to share with neighbors. It's like the greenhouse has unlocked their full potential.

UV Protection Clarification and Solution

Was concerned the UV protection might not be as effective as claimed when I saw some leaf burn. Support explained positioning and offered a shading solution, which worked well.

Assembly Achievable with Effort

Assembly was more or less what I expected. Some parts of the manual could have been clearer, but overall, putting together the Bella wasn't too challenging

Replacement Parts Promptly Provided

A few panels arrived with scratches. I contacted customer service, and they sent replacements quickly. The greenhouse looks perfect now

Overcoming Condensation Issues

Was disappointed by initial condensation buildup inside. However, customer service recommended ventilation tips that have significantly improved the situation.

Functional

Growing plants in the Bella is straightforward, and they seem to be doing fine. The sunlight diffusion is good, though I'm still figuring out the best positioning for some of my more sensitive plants.

Spacious

The spacious interior is definitely a plus, and the double doors make access easier. I wish the doors were a bit wider for some of my larger equipment, but it's a minor issue.

Gardener’s eden

After a particularly rough storm, I noticed a couple of panels had shifted slightly. Customer support was helpful, advising on how to secure them better. It's been stable ever since.

Enhanced green thumb

Since moving my herb garden into the Bella, I've seen a remarkable difference in growth and flavor. The controlled environment seems to amplify the aromatic oils, making every dish I cook with them taste fresher.

Installation snags

The first snowfall brought a sense of dread, quickly replaced by awe as I watched the snow effortlessly slide off the Bella’s curved back. It was as if it were designed with my climate’s challenges in mind.
