Color was right on as on web site. Better than expected. Solid wood makes all the difference.

I’m was excited with my purchase until the vanity was delivered damaged. The marble top was cracked across the front corner. After several hours on the phone with Wayfair’s customer support line, I finally reached a supervisor who truly cared about her customers and the company that she worked for. She went out of her way to send out a replacement vanity, only for the replacement vanity to show up damaged as well. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular purchase at Wayfair was not what I would expect from a retailer. I did receive a call from the supervisor, following the replacement delivery, checking to see if the order was delivered in good standing. The supervisor, was extremely apologetic and offered me a refund. If it weren’t for the efforts of this supervisor at Wayfair, this last purchase would have been my last. Not sure what type of quality control Wayfair has, but it might be worth investing time and money in retraining this department!

Do not like hinges on outside of cabinet or handles on vanity. The rest of product I am very satisfied with.

We are so impressed with the quality of the product and its sense of classic style. The difference between this vanity and others we have seen is dramatic. The packing was amazing to protect the vanity, never have experienced anything like that . Great choice, adding a touch of elegance to upgrade our master bathroom .

Went to local distributor because my plumber would not let me put in bad quality vanity . Didn’t like any so I took a chance both my plumber and I thought quality was above average !

Vanity is beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for. Delivery went smooth. Kept us updated during the entire process.

This vanity is stunning, my only regret is that I did not put it in all 3 bathrooms! Very solid and paneling details are lovely. I gave it 4 stars because of the knobs. They are chrome and lucite and look cheap (but a cinch to change out).
