Its nice for the price

High-quality vanity with clean, modern lines and beautiful wood. No particle board here–real hardwood. Unfortunately, I know this for a fact because I had to drill through the bottom of the lower shelf to accommodate my water supply lines. This was my fault, as I didn't look at my water supply lines beforehand. . . Another word of caution–make sure to measure the height of your p-trap drain entrance unless you're willing to redo some plumbing (like I had to). The height of the metal bar below the drawer hits between 13-15 inches above the ground, which was exactly the height of my drain entrance. The back of the vanity is left open for this purpose, but if you're like me and have what is perhaps a non-standard drain height, you'll have to redo some of your plumbing so it clears the metal bar. In hindsight, I probably would not have bought the vanity if I had known that would be an issue. . . That being said, the vanity is very well made and looks beautiful in the space, so overall I'm happy.
