Well made ; takes 2 people to assemble. Good directions, easy to assemble.

The product is nice, however Fed Ex delivery and updates were not very good. The boxes were damaged, fortunately only minimal damage to the product itself. Should use a different delivery service

In love with this fireplace

It came chipped in multiple places and they haven't done anything about it. For something so expensive to come damaged and then customer support doesn't offer anything is frustrating

Unit arrived damaged. Very unhappy with the lack of quality for what this cost.

It came fast, was well packaged, and looks gorgeous. I was a little nervous about the darker color but it looks great. A nice color that fits into the modern and calming look we are going for.

Very easy to put together. Nice quality. Took off 1 star because flame was not as realistic as I had hoped for but, with that said, I am used to a gas fireplace

Amazing quality. Had to pieces that were cracked and had them sent via mail extremely quick. Could not be happier with this purchase! I love it and it’s better than I expected by far!

Exactly as described and worthy of the great reviews! It was fairly simple to put together and blends right in with our decor. Love the different display settings and the ambience it creates.

We LOVE this fireplace. I looked for years before choosing this one and we are very happy. It makes for great ambience any time of year and we love the heating feature during the cold months. The size is perfect for our space as well. The only trouble we have had related to the fireplace is that none of us can agree on the flame color. Easy to change back and forth though. For scale, the TV is 75”.

Beautiful piece! Easy to put together and nice flame.

We really like it overall. Just a couple of things to note. My husband cut the baseboard off the back to make it more flush to the wall. It still has a small gap but not too noticeable. We have small children so it did make us nervous how top heavy it is. My husband bought big pavers to put inside and attached to a stud in the wall. There was also some gaps in the front that looked a little awkward so we used some caulk to blend it. It looks great. I can’t wait for Christmas time!
