The filter arrived damaged and the filter was the wrong one size. 4 inches is not accurate it should be described at as 4 1/2”.

Filter seems flimsier than same filter I had purchased in the past, but it gets the job done.
You would think all filters would be the size stated. My new heat pump came with a 20x20x4 filter, so that's what I ordered. READ THE ACTUAL DEMINSIONS! My filter was (printed on the filter) 4 inches deep. When I actually measured it, came out to be 3.75 inches and the actual depth of this was 4.25 inches. Then I read the other ACTUAL measurements for the other filters and all most all were slightly different. Had to return to HD.

Good quality...exact fit... good price
It did not fit. Service was excellent but it just didn’t work. The carrier filters are just a bit smaller and fit.
