Damaged items from packaging

Received both filters damaged due to other items also inside the same box. Had to return to the store. Should review shipping as it was not the delivery but how multiple items were placed in box.

Everyone is friendly and nice in the store. I was just disappointed because the filter I bought was a 16X25 x5 like my filter said as well. However I did not realize that all 5-inch filters are not the same 5-inch. So it was too big for my heater so it would not fit in. I was told I could not return it because I had already removed the plastic cover, which is understandable. I was disappointed I just wasted money on something I could not use.

Furnace AC Filter

Farm & Fleet needs to have better website for picking the proper furnace filter to order. I ordered a filter that didn't fit because of lack of information on their website not giving the actual sizes along with the nominal sizes of filters. I had opened the filter package so could not return it for a $25 refund.

Not the right size

Items isn’t true to size, I’ve got other brands and they fit perfectly, this was to wide. So we opted for a subscription from one of the other brands to make it easier to re-order. Please understand that this is not a quality issue, I don’t doubt this item quality, this is why I did not give them 1 star review.

Wrong size

You'd think a 16x25x5 filter would be the same size as another 16x25x5 filter, but apparently not!! Was too big for the filter cabin. At least the Target employee was gracious about accepting a return for a partially opened package.

I was gifted this a/c filter from best air and Influenster in exchange for my honest review!So I thought this would fit my unit but unfortunately it did not so I had my sister try it out and she said that she really loves it so far!! She said she feels like the air quality just seems a little bit better!! And she loves the fact she doesn't have to change every single month! Lol

Use actual dimensions

Although same brand and size that i have from last year , this filter was too long and too thick ... it was returned for credit.

This is an amazing AC furnace air filter, it lasts so long, about 6-7 months, it's easy to use and change out. However, this one is a little bigger than what I need so I ended up donating it.

So far so good! I’m anxious to see how dirty it is when we change it since it says it is to help with allergies. But the airflow is still good and it fits well!

This 16x25x5 Trion Air Bear filter is amazing! My allergies have been so much better since using this one. Easy to install, quality construction, and completely covers pollen, dust, mold, bacteria, and dander!

I was chosen to receive this product from Influnester for my honest review. It works great! It keeps the air at home fresh and clean and now the home feels more purified and smells so much better especially since we have dogs! Definitely recommend!
