Great product! Goes effortlessly through the grass and holds a good charge for hours of fun! My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves it.

I bought 2 of these

I bought 2 of these for my kids and one is fine but the first one has an issue with the battery. It does not hold the charge anymore so my son can barely use it. I really need to speak with someone to help with this situation.

First I’ll start with that I never leave reviews! But to save some parents from future tears I’m going to leave one this time. Stay clear of this we bought this through Amazon for our sons birthday lasted a month wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t go, and screw kept coming out steering wheel, contacted best choice they sent out a new one and this one was worse!!!!!! My son was on it and it wouldn’t stop!!! Gas pedal was going by itself and we had to chase him down before he ran into an electric fence this is dangerous! Then won’t charge just sits there and clicks what a waste of money. Very disappointed in this company I normally buy Peg preggo products I have a 17 as well and we still had his ride in tractor until a year or so which is why we got out 4 yr old this four wheeler. Will not purchase from this company again!

But the protection plan

Purchased for my four year old for Christmas. Here we are in March and it’s already not working. Battery charges, it just won’t go anymore. Best Choice only offers a sixty day warranty on their products. I’m glad I bought the supplemental protection plan. Worth every penny. That being said, my son loved it while it worked!

Welding was off on the parts (welded on crooked) so it could not be assembled. The music is Chinese music as well.

Stopped Charging- Poor customer service

This stopped charging after less than a year after purchase and Best Choice said and I quote “ I can buy a new one “. They would not help determine the issue with the battery and they do not replace the battery if it doesn’t work. Only option is to buy a new ATV .

I bought this item for my grand baby who just turned 4 years old, very straight forward instructions and was quickly put together in no time, now we can’t seem to get her of it, it’s truly a lovely gift that will last her some time. Don’t hesitate to get one for your love ones….

It’s VERY small. It’s very VERY slow and the charge doesn’t last long at all.

Totally impressed with this wheeler. When I took it out of the box I had my doubts but the axles are steel front and rear. Wasn’t crazy about the all plastic wheels. After charging the battery I turned my 3 year old 35lbs granddaughter loose on it. We live in the country. Not a flat area anywhere, nothing but steep inclines on our property. I was surprised how long the stock battery actually lasted. Also impressed how it climbed inclines. After a solid hour of use it was still going. Low speed isn’t much if your not on a flat surface but high gets it done. Its got some neat features too. FM radio, working headlights, horn and engine sounds. The bluetooth works just as advertised. Im a little concerned about the plastic wheels but I did get the extended warranty. I did upgraded the stock battery for a lithium ion battery for about $30. That made a huge difference in the riding time and its nice to have a second battery ready to go. All and all a great first wheeler for a young rider. The battery that comes with it will last over over an hour. It does everything it says it will. Remember, my granddaughter is 35 lbs. Hope this helps.

Battery stopped working after 1 month

DO NOT PURCHASE

This product was given as a gift, paid for in Cash a few years ago for my grandkids. It had never been ridden but I charged it and my grandkids started riding it for a few months. I tried to call BCP to see if I could get assistance in repairing the wheel. I have called 5 times, including asking to speak to a supervisor. All I’ve gotten his the same message from someone in China, telling me they can’t help me without a order number, even after explaining to them why I don’t have one!!!! I will never purchase a product from BCP and robots from China!!!
