Liner blew out after 29 months

I Bought this pool June of 2022 for 2 adults. On November 14 2024 i found the entire end of pool liner ripped open 2 feet from the top clear across the end. Looking into their 2 yr warranty replacement now but since 5 months over we will see if they honor. Also pump sent with pool not large enough to operate skimmer and bottom vacuum so had to order larger pump

pool was good wosh could of used it

im sad, i was excited, ipaid for installation with walmart since new to town and dont know people and wouldn't be able to put it together myself, they messed it up and didnt put it together correctly and from sitting wrong for so long it started bending poles, so i just am returning it. so pool looked good just didnt get put up right. horrible experience :'( kids crying

Cool Pool

It has been great to have. The frame is a durable plastic and the size is very large. It’s a good idea to prep the ground before you put it up.( dig the ground or get sand) the ladder is a little flimsy. The pump runs pretty good too

DO NOT BUY!!!!

We only had this pool for 4 months and it collapsed on us. We sent pictures to show the damage and they wouldn't warranty the pool. The legs buckled and the pools collapsed. I would NEVER buy this brand of pool again.

Poor Quality

I like size of pool but poor manufacturing quality. Ripped while filling. Was not even able to swim in it before it collapsed.

instructions were terrible very small pamphlet illustrations are too small and nothing really is explained just illustrations. after all the other reviews I've read I've upgraded the filtration system before I even put the pool up to a 1 1/2 horsepower pump and a 300 lb sand filter and I put a skimmer in the wall. after several days of working with the pool finally got it up needed help with that.as of now the pool is pretty awesome

Pool leaks from the seams

Finally was able to put the pool up. Had the yard leveled, layed, foam board, bought the pavers for the legs. Started filling the pool only to notice after about 2 feet of water leaks all around the pool! Water is pooling by every seam! This pool is massive and there is no way I can rebox this! Guess Im out 1400 dollars!!! We stopped filling the pool.. Im sick to my stomach with how much money was just wasted.

Fell to ground

I’ve had this pool for only 2 years and it has fallen to the ground, the pool ripped at the seams… What a waste 😢

Nightmares

Bought this pool 6/24/2022 and it is ruined! The pool came apart at the seam line across one end. Unbelievable! Have written to the company for a refund or new pool. Waiting to hear back.

Don't buy

I did some research about soft sided pools. What I read said if you bought the bigger ones you can winterize. Not true, you have to take them down every winter. It cost $1050 for water just to dump every fall, not worth it. I have until 9-12 to return, seriously thinking about it. If you can buy a hard shell and a better brand I would suggest it. I wanted to put a deck around it but can't if you have to tear down. Very disappointed, I really wish that in the description or in the section with added information, they would add...if you live in winter States, understand these will need to be torn down and stored. Do not recommend.

The pump is crap!

Why on earth would this company pair this little, leaky, pump with a pool this size?!?! We have had nothing but issues with the pump from day one. I was going to buy a better pump… but I shouldn’t have too. BestWay, you need to make this right and send us a pump capable of keeping this size pool clean! One the doesn’t leak from the factory sealed motor and everywhere else. The water loss through the pump is ridiculous!!!! Make this right BestWay. Other than the pump, the pool is great and fairly easy to put together.

Great product poor customer service. Received notification of price drop called to see if we could get the price drop adjustment had not even received product when price drop occurred was my first associate that we would be receiving $611 price drop credit and 5 to 7 business days when that did not occur, I called back. I was told that due to taxes and such that it would be for 78 $478 Would be credited back to my account in 5 to 7 business days when that did not occur. I called back and was told that they no longer honored the price drop and that if I wanted it, I could return the product and then re-order it is over 500 pounds and it was going to be mid September before the second Pool would be delivered. That’s just not gonna happen so anyway long story short spoke with the most amazing associate yesterday who then had informed me that neither of the first two calls were even approved. They were just anticipation that they would be approved product already been set up, not gonna go through the hassle of tearing it down to return it, too much of a problem

pump came with Uropean power cord. Hooked it up only run for a few minutes get hot and shuts off. it didn't come with the hoses to hook pump up to pool and i can not get anyone to respond to me. Totally unsatisfied.

Scam

The pool is great until you need a new part look on their website. If you don’t believe me any part that is part of the main structure, framing in liner is out of stock. So let’s just say that one of the legs goes out on you like mine did you have to buy a whole new instead of buying one leg for it.

Pool is great we love it . I should have gotten the bigger one maybe next year. The pump is very small wish it was more powerful but works . Would I recommend the pool yes I would . Good value for the money .

Buy a seperate pump and filter

I bought a 12x24 pool like this. I then bought a 1 hp pump,a 100sq ft cartridge filter and an add on skimmer. Use a short pool hose from bottom of skimmer to the pump, zip tie it to the skimmer mount to support it. Then on your return pvc, I filled a bucket with concrete and a 2x4, strapped my return pvc pipe to it and have it about 1 inch above the pool wall pointing back in. Then I got a 18inch pvc pipe, a cap on one end and a 45* fitting on the other. Drilled holes in the pvc so it makes a fountain while running. Run it at night when the air is cooler and you get a cooler,better filtered,better circulated pool that you can enjoy in the hottest of summer heat. The filter and pump that comes with these pools are worthless. I don’t even use them
