Awesome but only lasted one day..:

Awesome hot dog except one side of the ‘bun’ doesn’t keep air - right out of the box, first time use a he bun would slowly leak out until flat. We would pull it up to the boat, refill with air until we had to do again. We followed all the directions in regards to weight, etc. now I have an expensive garage toy - we didn’t even make it one day or one week or one season!

We were a little worried after reading a lack luster review about the jumbo dog, but we are nothing but happy with our purchase! It's sooooooo much fun, definitely a head-turner and the kids absolutely love it. It's stable, well made and easy to store on our pontoon boat!

Quality is Going Downhill

Amazing tube! My kids favorite and the original tube lasted three years with heavy use so we gladly purchased another. This new tube is not the same quality - they cut major corners! Used to have three nice valves. Now the only good valve is for the main chamber. The valves on each side are absolutely horrible. Worst design ever. Just terrible. They are cheap! Only tube I’ve ever seen with a valve that doesn’t hold air inside automatically. This loses air as soon as you take the air pump out and it leaks until you rush to get the plug back into place. Not easy to do since the opening for the plug isn’t even lined up well and will get worse with use.

The Jumbo Dog is the Envy of All the Neighbors

My friend bought this as a gag gift but it turned into the highlight of our weekend. One of my friends kept trying to ride this without a life jacket (or "raw" as he said). We didn't let him, but he still had plenty of fun riding with protection.

Lake livin' ain't livin' w/o this 5 man dawg

This was possibly the best purchase I've made in my entire life. If you are living lake life without one of these, you ain't living at all. Only issue is that if at least one of your buddies has enjoyed the day too much, it's really hard to get five grown men on this thing at once.

Loads of fun young and old

This has been the hit of our summer fun we have had 3 adults on full bore..they loved it. 2 adults 1 teen 2 little ones 4&5 all had a great time much slower of course..very stable. Had 3 teens on and they were doing their tricks swapping spots trying hand stands etc crazy kids all loved it...great lake toy... Would buy again if it wears out etc...

Great fun for all involved. Very stable but very fun! My biggest complaint is that the kids love it so much that I have used more gas in a weekend than I do in a month of fishing! :) p.s. What are the 2 little white tubes for that were in the plastic bag? --- Thanks so much for your review! To answer your question: the two white straw looking things are to help deflate the towable faster. It holds open the flap where valve is.

turns some heads at the lake

the kids love to bring their friends to our lake house in the summer, and it's great to have something they can all use at the same time. love the looks the hot dog gets, everyone always asks where they can get one too!

Good product for the price

I bought this because I figured renting a banana tube would cost the same price to rent. It's best to just own your own and you can use it every summer. Product is made very well and sturdy. It was very easy to put air in, and easy to let it out. I wish I had taken pictures. The only thing my kids told me was that their knees hurt from having them down. So they just put their knees up instead, and it didn't hurt them anymore.

Fun for Five

Tons of fun for the whole family! You can fit 5 people on this towable, it is easy to clean, and easy to deflate and store even on the boat. It's gets a few looks and laughs since it's a giant weiner and people always ask where we got it.

Jumbo Fun!

My kids could ride this all day! Adults have fun on it, too. You are definitely going to smile and laugh when riding. 5-seater great for less than 5, too. You could spread out or lay forward to ride. Glad I purchased the 5-seat --love the extra room. Kids can have all friends on at one time instead of fighting over turns. Hot Dog tube built very well with strong materials. :)

Best tube Had it for 4 years with daily use and had a few holes but easily fixable. Got the holes because we were rough and hardcore with it

My kids love this toy this is our 6th

We use the product to give our kids rides behind the boat. They love it. We use 2 hot dogs and put 3 kids on each hot dog so 6 kids can ride. They spend hours on the water.
