Bad review

Product ordered 3 times online but never arrived. Said was shipped to different address but Walmart ended up cancelling order and got refunded.

Beware. Fake listing!!

Package never arrived. Picture proof of delivery was wrong package and wrong address. Delivery said package weight of 5 lbs for a 13ft Pool Package!?!?

Fake prices and sales

They priced it lower than they wanted to sell it…. Wasted my time and attention with them selling it to me then telling me they’re not giving me what I bought

False advertising by Walmart

Do not order from Walmart online ,this pool was advertised online for $399.95 I purchased it received email from fed ex saying it had been delivered Walmart had emailed saying it was delivered at my front door well we don’t have a front door and further more it wasn’t even our house ,when I called fed ex they said Walmart gave me wrong tracking number called Walmart they are refunding my money ,unfortunately cannot reorder the pool it says out of stock ,this was a big rip off by Walmart they knew the price wasn’t correct and their way out was to say the pool was lost in transit which I highly doubt, as this was their way of getting out of having to sell me the pool for so cheap buyers beware of Walmart online ,huge disappointment and they rip you of!

Scam

It stated delivered but I didn't receive my item. No fund yet and I don't know how long it will take. Walmart terminated the seller due to scam.

we put the pool up on Monday..the following Saturday one of the hoses has a leak..the pump is poorly made therefore there is little suction from it. I am very disappointed. I was not expexting the pool to last long, but I did expect it to last more than a week.

Don’t get this shipped

I was very disappointed to watch my purchase track all the way to my house but never actually get delivered. I still have received no explanation.

I had previously had a Coleman pool but the liner went and there is no replacement so I decided to get this one. Easy put up, just two people. I wish they made a more sturdy ladder.

I work out of town a lot. My wife and 14 year old daughter were able to assemble the whole pool without me in about an hour or so. Works great. We love it.

Deceiving service I do not recommend

I’m so disappointed I didn’t receive my order and the customer service was so rude, I do not recommend ordering things online from Walmart because they deceive you into believing they have the product and even lie that it’s delivered when they don’t have it in stock. Taking your money for no reason and the worse customer service ever. When I went back to the website the product I wanted no longer existed at the price I had bought it for, that was a red flag. They had five days to tell me they didn’t have it but they did not communicate with me at all.
