I wholeheartedly despise this shady company, the return policy and the fact that I gave a second chance

I think Boutique rugs has terrible business practices and customer service. I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau for not making it clear on your website the amount of return fee that you charge your customers. I genuinely believe this fee that your keeping from MANY returns is what is keeping business afloat. I know its not quality product because just like EVERYTHING on social media your photos are FAKE, inaccurate and do not depict what you are sending customers. You should not be in business.

not what i expected

I was going to return this rug but kept it due to receiving a giftcard from the website instead. however, it was not a bright and cream colored as pictured. when i opened the rug it had a lot of gray tones where the cream would be. it also had a sheen that i hated.

Too Thin + Doesn’t Hold Shape

Thin rug, doesn’t hold shape, and crease easily from walking. Will return. I love the pattern and color.

Deceptive website

The rug looks nothing like the online photos. It is grey and pink and really poor quality. When I went to return, since they have posted everywhere free returns, they said I owe a $44 shipping fee and they changed their policy as of two weeks ago. Poor customer service and misleading information on the website. The only reason I bought through them was free shipping and returns and now that is all of a sudden not the case.

It’s sooooo good!

NOT washable!

It is a pretty rug but NOT washable! I got it for that reason so I am very disappointed . I washed it according to package directions and air dried as recommended, and it is all messed up and pilled and wrinkled. I was hoping it would flatten back out in a few days but hasn’t. Disappointed that my rug is ruined!!

Pretty rug

Beautiful rug. Looks just like the photo and the quality is great. My only complaint is the texture is weird. When walking it on it catches your skin and feels similar to touching a microfiber cloth.

Poorly made

This rug is poorly made. After exactly one month of having it the fibers in the rug are already coming undone. Save your time and money, get a rug elsewhere.

I have NEVER been more disappointed in a purchase. I’ve never bought for boutique rugs before, but it was recommended by a blogger. I purchased two rugs- a runner and this one in the listing. The rug came damaged- pulls everywhere, threading missing, etc. The quality is terrible. I’m so disappointed that I spent the money on these rugs just to have them delivered damaged. This was the final piece I needed to complete my daughters nursery. It’s so noticeable that the rug is damaged.
