I ordered this chandelier and it arrived 3-weeks late. The system provided misinformation on several occasions. When it arrived it was missing parts. I have called customer support 3X and each time been told it’s resolved only to realize it hasn’t been.
Frst of all, this is a heavy fixture - it took 2 guys to install it. It also takes an awfully long time to hand up each individual crystal.
