Poor quality, damages easily

My star rating is a reflection on Walmart and not so much the product. This product arrived to us damaged. We began assembling and noticed chips and dents and water damage as well. The box was in poor condition. Walmart refused to send us a refund for the damage.

beautiful piece but peels easily

i love this piece but the moment it got wet it bubbled up. it was just a little water. i have 3 pieces, same color, same company, they all peeled.

The coffee table was as expected, color, size and quality. However, when we put it together the directions were not great; skipped steps, two missing screws, and took over an hour to finish. The main issue was also that 3 screws were way too long and came up through the veneer so the front bottom edge now has the screws poking up (see photos). We did not notice until after it was put together because we had the table upside down. This is a design / equipment flaw and certainly not ideal aesthetically.

You have to assemble every part about 50 pieces which is not done yet. Very unsatisfied. Going to a furniture store and buy another

Not for the faint of heart!

This was so difficult and complicated to put together. After 4 1/2 hours! I got everything put together on the top, which is supposed to slide out and then meet together does not fit perfectly at all.

RUN FAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Better Homes and gardens must have merged with SAUDER!! Had I known that, I would have never bought this table!! SAUDERS has the worst assembly ever. They not only screw you with this ridiculous piece but they also literally throw the screws and wood at you and say DIY. I searched for about 4 days and I took my time to purchase the right table for my living room and this purchase was SEVERELY A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!! The amount of time to put this together was DEFINITELY not worth the price you pay for this!! Walmart and BHG should be ashamed to treat their customers in this fashion. There wasn't ONE thing attached in putting this together. The instructions were confusing and not very well done. MANY holes were not aligned correctly and that caused even more frustration in putting this together. Instructions were also in poor taste, BHG isn't the quality it used to be. I have always been a fan of their furniture. You will receive a box WEIGHING at least 250lbs and about 100 parts. When I opened that box, I was so disappointed, because I thought this was a beautiful table. It also isn't as big as it portrays in the picture. I am usually very quick in assembling furniture. This took me 5 hrs one day and 3 and 1/2 hours the following day. What table takes that long to assemble?!! I did get the frame together finally and the drawers still need to be put together, but I need to watch the video on that because the instructions are confusing. That will probably be another 3 hours to assemble. Please don't waste your money on this item.

Buyer Beware

The table took a long frustrating time to assemble. The drawers did not fit into the table. Manufacturer has given many suggestions on how to adjust the drawers that did not work. Walmart won’t refund money unless I can find a box to fit the table to return it to them. Not at all worth the hassle.

I'm in love with the look but extremely disappointed that it was missing a piece so I had to return and get sent a new one. thankfully I have a husband that lays parts out and reads instructions so he found out a part was missing quickly.
