Easy to install
In love with my facet
I absolutely love my faucet
Connection is too big for existing plumbing
The hoses that go on to existing plumbing are not the same size. We went to 3 different hardware stores to try and find a reducer to make this 1/2” connector fit our 3/8” connection and we just had to finally buy a different faucet.
Great price point
This faucet is so beautiful and is just as nice as a name brand from the hardware stores but at half the cost!

Paint chipping
Paint is chipping off the base in the front where it can be seen . Haven’t used abrasives o it either.

The black part of the base is peeling, and it's starting to show the silver.

Broken head
Bought this six months ago. The switch to term between the spray and the hose broke and now water is coming out of the switch on the side of the head the faucet.

nice faucet for the price
just installed and it leaks. Its leaking from the cold water line from the faucet. I was thinking this was a quality faucet! Very inconvenient and time consuming having to deal with a poorly made faucet!

Two issues after 8 months of use.
I have had this faucet since January. We love the ergonomics of a pull down faucet and smaller side water temperature control.
okay so our shower, bathroom sink and previous kitchen faucet are set up with hot water being on the left and cold water being on the right. this faucet is set up the opposite (left is cold, right is hot) and every other faucet I've ever used is set up left-hot, right-cold. so it's a little annoying and will take some getting used to.
Good faucet, I love that it can pull down and have a stream setting and a shower setting!
