These pillows come STUFFED but you can remove as much as you like to your own comfort level.The stuffing particles REFLUFF in seconds after a nights sleep. Well made/ quality cover. I love these pillows.

This is a great pillow, cooling and comfortable. I had to remove quite a bit of the memory foam from the inner liner to get it to my comfort level. I’m planning on using the extra to fill a decorative pillow cover)
