The opening for the doors must be exact. Instructions are good but vague. The top adjustments for leveling and adjusting are difficult. The top pivot locking screw is too close and does not allow for the use of a screwdriver to move it after the door is mounted. These are heavy doors. Once installed they looked good but even as a skill craftsman it took three days to assemble and install. The doors can not be cut to fit as hollow core doors.

Great service and good product

Local store lost the package, no one is taking the responsibility. Contacted Ark, they are super helpful and sent new door directly to my home at their cost the same day I called, even it's not their fault! The mirror door turns out amazing, well constructed and hardware rolls smoothly. Installation takes some time but the video is helpful and not hard to follow. 4.5 star for the product and 5 star for the services!

Difficult to assemble. Wouldnt fit in closet. Had to widen the wall more and costed me $$$

Probably the last time I will buy bi-fold doors. They're not as tall as standard closet doors, and they're always janky. Tons of gaps and no bottom track so not as stable and it doesn't glide as well as bypass doors do. I doubt they will last long in my kids rooms.

Damaged Door - Customer Service Not Good

Doors came in 2, 30-inch sets. One panel damaged and contacted ARK. 5 days later I was told that there were no other panels to send, and I was offered $50 discount and they asked for my VENMO. Seriously? No other panels? Just know that, although the doors were shipped from within the U.S., it appears that the company is outside the country as emails were sent by ARK at east coast time 2:30-3:30 a.m. Would not purchase an ARK product again.

Installed without a problem. A sound door. The problem in to knob is drilled for the right side of the right panel. As your picture above shows, the knob should be in the center of the door. Good Luck!

Door works great for our new linen closet. Was a bit hard to mount on the top bracket but one it was on the door feels very sturdy. The mirrors are high quality and built well.

Broken parts

Door delivery was delayed, after receipt of the door the very first part I grabbed to install in the track would not clamp down because the threads were stripped out on the pivot. There was a note in the box with an email address, no phone #, to contact for part issues. I’m now waiting on a new part with no idea how long it will take and cannot install this door until I receive the part so I have the door laying on my living room floor.

Used item sent; gaps with 2 doors for 60" opening

2 boxes each with a 30" door. One box did not have poly strapping; turned out it was a return; there was damaged and incomplete installation hardware. Contacted HD and then Ark Design directly to get replacement hardware; took over a week, but at least it came in complete. Project delayed by about 2 weeks due to scheduling.

Beautiful and well-built doors. I was surprised by the quality. My one complain is the bottom hinge. They should’ve spent more time in designing a cover for the hinge.

Mirror is very useful

I use it in my bathroom as a closet door, and the full mirror design is super helpful for dressing. Additionally, since my closet is in a narrow corridor, it makes the space look much bigger.

It’s pretty okay for the money and works well in the guest bathroom

Exactly what I am looking for! The mirror is very useful. I use it in a small closet in my bedroom. It is a sturdy mirror, so the reflection is very clear. It is not like the plastic mirror I found at Ikea.
