I bought this Ella Jayne Big & Soft Mattress Topper a week or so ago. I've had another one of this type for years and finally replaced it. While it's not big and fluffy, it is very comfortable. I'm happy with it, but it could be a little thicker. It works for me. It's easy to put on and take off and washes well.

I wish it would have gone down around the corner instead of the straps. One of the elastic straps broke putting it on, but I didn’t have time to change it as I had guests arriving. Other than that it worked fine..

It functions but not the way i thought.

The bed Pad had bed bugs - very disgusting and unacceptable - so no I wasn’t able to return it, I wasn’t going to risk the demon bugs hopping in my car while in transit to return - better luck next time

Pad and Bag ... much appreciated

Not only do we like the matress pad, we appreciated the paper (rather than heavy plastic) zipper bag that it arrived in. Very nice to have something arrive that is in line with creation care. THANKS.

“big” must mean the wrapper

This item describes itself as big and soft it might be soft but the big part is absolutely absurd folded up in four pieces for packaging couldn’t make it more than 2 1/2 inches thic First time purchasing this brand and will be the last if this wasn’t for a spare bed in a barely used guestroom it would be on its way backk

Fantastic Product -- Great Design & Comfort!

Excellent product at a very reasonable price! The last two mattress pads I've purchased have worn out too quickly and had a diamond type pattern that was uncomfortable. This particular pattern and brand is very comfortable, plush and fantastic to sleep on. I highly recommend it and will purchase it again when the time comes.
