I was devastated to find out that it was going to cost me $64 to return this rug. If you had given me a heads up to indicate that would be the cost of returning it I would of course never have vordered it. That would have been the fair thing to do.
Love the soft feel and look of this rug but it snags insanely easy. There were snags upon opening and anytime there is traffic on the rug (especially pets) there are bound to be multiple areas pulled up. It is easy-ish to push the snags bag in but very time consuming. It would have been too hard to return so I am dealing with the anxiety this rug brings with the snagging.
Soft, durable rug. Love it.
