This chair doesn’t have adjustments to really be comfortable for an at home office job.

Nice chair but strange smell

The chair itself is very comfortable and attractive, however the chair I received had a very strong smell that has so far not faded. Even my husband commented on the smell (without me telling him about it) and he is usually not sensitive to odors.

This chair is extremely comfortable, looks great and is a good quality product. Purchased for business office and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

1-year limited warranty piece of garbage

I bought it last February. A year later, the back of the chair broke off of the seat? and won't hold anymore. Office Depot and Serta responded that I was out of luck to report it broken a few days after the 1-year warranty was over. Also, it looks tired, shabby, the leather is peeling just after 1 year of usage. Stay away.

Chair is comfortable but we had difficulty with the assembly. It took two people to hold the pieces close enough to place the screws and tighten them.

This was an exceptional purchase. If you are looking for a comfortable, well-constructed leather desk chair, look no further. It’s easy to assemble and very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Kindly note, it’s not particularly large.

There was a 1/2" slit in the material on the inside of the right arm rest. It would be more work to repackage it and send it back so decided we would keep it and conceal it with some black tape so the imperfection won't expand. Extremely comfortable chair.

The quality of the parts is good it is very comfortable for long-term sitting (8-14 hrs). My only complaint is that it was difficult to put the backing on, even with reading the instructions. Had to get someone to sit on the backing, on top of the base, so I could line up the bolt holes.

If I could leave a zero review on this, I would. This is the second of these chairs I have ordered. The first was wonderful, and lived up to the title of Ergonomic Executive Chair. This chair tilts to the side, even after being adjusted twice. The cushions squeak when sitting on them. Customer service is an absolute nightmare. The only resolution for a simple defective office chair is to either keep it or have a service technician come out.

Cannot finish setting up office chair!

The screws striped out when inserting them. I need new hardware for this chair. ASAP. If I don't get it, you won't be getting another online order from us.

Nice chair but doesn't last like you would expect

Very nice chair when purchased. Comfortable. However, brown color on the arms started cracking off after a few years. I feel a chair like this should hold up longer.

office chair

I would definitely not recommend buying this chair used for a couple hours a day and I bought in June of 2022 and it's broken leanings to the rightside. I will go buy a used one like I have done in the past and I had it for over 2 year's I always get the extra coverage for what I buy but I didn't get it covered this time.

The chair looks attractive. BUT is uncomfortable. It is short in the seat and arms. Not what I expected from Serta. It needs to be returned.

LOVE this chair!! It feels and looks like leather. It is very comfy and easy to put together. (I did it myself in about 30m and I’m not mechanically talented!) I did switch out the casters for rubber ones (also on Wayfair) to protect our wood floors.

This chair is by far the most comfortable office chair I have ever used! It makes for a classy addition to my office and continues to receive tons of compliments. I ordered in white and just love how it looks! It wasn’t too bad to put together, was able to complete from start to finish in under an hour. Highly HIGHLY recommend because I love it!!!

I had to return the chair as it was not the one I thought it was. I wanted a high back extra wide Executive Office chair, but received a regular height and narrower chair. But the quality of the chair is excellent. I highly recommend it. I was replacing one I had for 10 years.
